Sol, huh? In that case, Blacky's gonna find it hard to replicate Solar Blade for now. Speaking of moves, I've added Earthly Blade and some moves replicable with sword into Blacky's roster. I still wish Umbreon could learn Moonblast...
Also, to clarify - what time of day is it? The group set out during the morning from Steamington, but was it a day trip or a half-day trip to each town and the lair?
Keelford gang here. I'd say it was already midday when the boys arrived at Keelford. That, and they spent the remaining half of the day underwater, so it's sundown already by the time they resurfaced.
One moment - Greenbury isn't mentioned here, unless it's the replacement name for Brasswick...? I'm not 100% familiar with Galar's map so I'm not sure what's up here.
@SpicySparrow Bulbapedia to the rescue! If this were the real Sword/Shield map, from Brasswick you'd make a pit stop in Steamington, then continue on to Greenbury.
All right, then I suppose a skip to Steamington would make the most sense - they've been there and they'll have to pass by.
@Puppet Master @122 Generation @SpicySparrow Are we agreed that my team should return to Steamington, at least?
@Puppet Master @122 Generation @SpicySparrow All right, Aine's Song of the Wind is taking her team to Steamington.
@Puppet Master I had intended to make locations where an Eevee could evolve, but since we have full Eeveelutions in the party, the idea never went anywhere. The springs do exist in the land, though--which one do you want to know about?
Actually, Atelier is still an Eevee unless @122 Generation says otherwise. That's why I wanna know all springs' locations.
@Puppet Master To reach each of the springs, you do not have to leave the mainland--no islands or things like that. They are typically in a well hidden cave, but some are in well hidden locations in the open. Currently you can access or know about seven of the eight: The Sapphire Spring is in a cave beneath Keelford, reachable by a secret passage somewhere in town. The Topaz Spring is out in the open, hidden in the counterpart of the Glimwood Tangle. A certain Galarian Ponyta will guide you to it. The Ruby Spring is hidden beneath an abandoned forge somewhere in Steamington The Tourmaline Spring is in the ruins nearby Latermore. The Amethyst Spring is deep within a cave between Greenbury and Keelford You haven't reached where the Marine Spring is just yet. The Emerald Spring can be found in a forest near Greenbury--but you have to solve some rune puzzles to find it. The Diamond Spring is inside the royal castle's garden--only a select few hundred Eevees evolve here each year
Based on the info above, I can think of some headcanons: <insert Xuehua's old name here> hid somewhere near Marine Spring when she was a runaway Eevee. Considering her evolution and the claim that she's from faraway land, it is possible that Xuehua knows where the Marine Spring is but says nothing about it. Heck, she could've even claimed that she found two Ice Stones and used one of them to evolve (the other one is for her handmade staff). Aine was one of the select few hundred Eevee to evolve in the Diamond Spring several years prior to the RP. I'll leave how long that "several years" is up to @WavePearl as Aine's player. Blacky had visited the Amethyst Spring about three years prior to the RP. He then spent the next three years perfecting his Umbreon movesets and luna enchantments. The group (as a whole) passed by the Ruby and Sapphire Springs during their journey. Aine and Xuehua (possibly) passed by the Emerald Spring during their journey. Only the girls here because the boys didn't even pass by Greenbury during their own backtracking trip.
Your imagination is on fire! I may as well accept this headcanon Though I haven't given much thought whether Atelier will change form or not.
