    Pokémon Exceptions.

Hey there!. I started with this Tutorial and I realized that there is too much information on it so I toke the desicion of making it on parts before exploding someone's head (like mine when I started XD)

Well, the mission of this Tutorial is to teach the different exceptions that the Pokémon Types currently have.

If you still don't know which are the weakness of each type (makes a Pokémon receive a x2 damege from another Type) I will leave a list here:

Type: type that deals x2 Damage

    FIre: Water, Ground, Rock.
Grass: Fire, Bug, Posion, Ice, Flying.
    Water: Electric, Grass.
    Electric: Ground.
    Fight: Psychic, Flying, fairy.
    Ground: Water, Ice, Grass.
Rock: Water, Ground, Grass, Fight, Steel.
    Steel: Fight, Fire, Ground .
    Fairy: Poison, Steel.
    Poison: Psychic, Ground.
    Psychic: Dark, Ghost, Bug.
    Flying: Electric, Ice.
    Bug: Fire, Rock, Flying.
    Ghost: Ghost, Dark.
    Dark: Fight, Bug, Fairy.
    Ice: Rock, Fire, Fight, Steel.
    Dragon: Dragon, Fairy.
    Normal: Fighting.

Okay, given the main introdution and already talking about this, the better option will be start with the Tutorial itself.

The First Type that I will be showing to you will be the Flying Type.

    Flying Type
Normally, 3 weakness: Ice, Rock and Electric. But now I will show you some Flying Type Pokémon that resist, in their particular cases, the type that surpass them.
    Ice Weakness Exceptions

Ice is one of commonly weakness that deal a x2 Damage to the Flying Types. but there are 7 Exceptions that I will explain:

Gyarados. (Flying-Water): Water Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage. There is another exception in this exception XD, the attack Freeze Dry makes super-efective damege to the Water Types, so the weakness x2 of the Flying type while get another x2 because of Freeze Dry effect, so this Pokémon will receive x4 damage from Freeze Dry even if it is an Ice Type attack.

Mantine (Flying-Water): Water Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage.

Skarmory (Flying-Steel): Steel Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Pelipper (Flying-Water): Water Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage.

Swanna (Flying-Water): Water Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage.

Talonflame (Flying-Fire): Fire Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Charizard (Flying Fire): Fire Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Deliberd (Flying-Ice): Ice Type resist Ice, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

    Electric Weakness Exceptions

Electric is the other weakness that the Flying Type has dealing a x2 of damage. In this case we have 9 exceptions:

Jumpluff (Flying-Grass): Grass Type resist Electric, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Gliscor, Landorus and Landorus Therian (Flying-Ground): HERE we have special cases. The Ground Type is immune to Electric so here the weakness is eliminated receiving a x0 of damage.

Tropius (Flying Grass): Grass Type resist Electric, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Salamence (Flying-Dragon): Dragon Type resist Electric, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Altaria (Flying-Dragon): Dragon Type resist Electric, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Emolga (Flying-Eletric): There are 2 kinds of Emolga. First you have the Emolga without the ability "Motor Drive" and there is where we apply this: Electric resist Electric, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage. But you have the Emolga with "Motor Drive", this ability allows the user to be immune to Electric Attacks and Also increases its Speed if it receives one, We can say that Emolga with "Motor Drive" is immune to Electric Attacks.

Noivern (Flying-Dragon): Dragon Type resist Electric, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

    Rock Weakness Exceptions

Landorus, Landorus Therian and Gliscor (Flying-Ground): Ground Type resist Rock, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

Skarmory (Flying-Steel): Steel Type resist Rock, receiving only 1/2 of damage. So if you make 1/2x2 The Result will be 1. This means that will only receives x1 damage that means Normal Damage.

    Conclusion

This is the first type that I am uploading :D. The mission is simple : let you know which Pokémon could change your thiking about them and also your strategies XD.

Because if you find this guy [3D='Emolga']

You will not use "Thunderbolt" Because he will end doing this with your Electric Moves:

    haha XD

Okay I hope this work for now, and I will be uploading the other Types with their Exceptions :D

Looks good! I really look forward to any more of these you do, as they'll definitely help out players who need it (A guy I often battle on Showdown always needs a type chart open, as the poor fellow can't always remember the type match-ups).

If you need any help, please feel free to contact me!

Thank you, a feedback is always good :).

I spent an extra time because of some reasons. (I was trying to receive help from a friend but, the things ended different xD).

Will be uploading the next types this week. To make it more easy I will use some extra Spoilers to at least put 3-4 types and don't make an Spam with these Tutorials >.<
