Group RP Pokemon Legends: The Dragon Pearls and the White Ghost (IC thread)

"Me too," Nagisa signed as soon as he sat up. He practically agreed with Kotone that everyone needed to get out of the forest ASAP. Seeing this and with the redhead still holding her arm, all Fumiko could do was to oblige anyway.

 

As soon as the group arrived in Hundred Age Village, Nagisa ran off to the markets. He absolutely dapsolutely needed to buy some plain ink and a new proper canvas because he couldn't do his business without them and everyone probably would've moved on tomorrow morning without even giving him a chance to shop. Plus, deep down the brunet was glad that Kotone didn't cling on his arm because he would've needed to shake her off if she did.

 

Seeing that Kotone had not let go of Fumiko's arm at all, Makoto went to Fumiko offered to help relieve her, if Fumiko's arm was feeling tired. This was after he paid his and Kotone's fee for the inn. It seemed that Nagisa had gone off to the evening.

Unknowingly, Belle followed Nagisa out, wondering what he was up to.

 

Kokuo Nagisa

Okay, tough luck. The markets were already closed at this hour. Feeling dejected, Nagisa went to the inn, all while being totally unaware of a certain Bellossom following him around.

Oyama Fumiko

Fumiko, meanwhile, gratefully accepted Makoto's offer now that the ache in her arm worsened thanks to Kotone. And upon noticing that Nagisa had gone off again (I swear, where the bloody hell is he going again?), she waited for the redhead to let her arm go before paying both her and Nagisa's fee for the inn.

 

Mai pays her fee, patiently waiting for everyone else to pay before she and her Pokémon go in to the inn.

 

[Oi!] Belle squeaked. It was almost like she was out of breath because for every step Nagisa took, Belle had to take four. [It's really late! Shouldn't you get some sleep?]

Whereas in the inn, Kotone detached herself from Fumiko's arm and cuddled against Makoto's. "You need sleep," Makoto said. Unlike Fumiko, he was used to Kotone grabbing and leaning against his arm. Not that he cared that much about it. Kotone, nodding, followed Makoto to the inn room.

"Can we share the room?" Kotone said.

Makoto paused. Then silently nodded.

 

Seems like it took Belle a desperate squeak for Nagisa to finally notice her. She sure was lucky he somehow managed to not step on her. "Sorry, I need my ink ASAP," Nagisa signed (nevermind that Belle couldn't even understand sign), then gently scooped her in his arm and quickly made his way to the inn.

And then he arrived just in time to see Fumiko cheerfully signing, "Makoto and Kotone, sitting in a tree~" in a way akin to how most people would sing it. One of the Gekkou duo could see it, but the other couldn't (I'll leave which one is which up to 122). Amused with what he'd just gotten himself into, Nagisa put Belle down and tried to make a payment for a night at the inn... only to be informed that the blonde girl in a starry robe (Fumiko) had already paid for it. Cue awkwardness on the brunet's part that he wasn't sure if he should thank her right away considering the current atmosphere.

 

Belle was used to having people scoop her up and was thankful that Nagisa could save her four times the effort when he brought her back to the inn. As she arrived and Nagisa had put her down, she saw Kotone clinging onto Makoto's arm and Fumiko making furious signs. What could that be about? Belle didn't know how signing worked, and seeing Nagisa knew what was going on with an amused face, Belle wished she knew.

Whereas Makoto, who did understand sign, clearly saw Fumiko's smug face and the cheerful signs she was making. His left eye (the one not covered by his hair) slightly twitched and his face paled. He knew what Fumiko was implying had she said in with her voice, and he looked the other way, only to look at Kotone in the eye.

"Mako? Can we go now?" she said, causing Makoto to blink.

Makoto looked back at Fumiko, who looked like she was having fun over this. Possibly Nagisa too? He pulled Kotone to their room, leaving Belle behind. And even Belle was confused as to what was going on.

 

Meanwhile, Fumiko's fun time was abruptly stopped by Nagisa poking her. He basically asked if she had paid the inn fee for him which she admitted. With everything in the clear, they both went to their respective rooms.

Mai heads to her room, as do her Pokémon. They all sleep, clearly needing the rest. It's been a crazy day.

 

There was only one bed in the room which Makoto, Kotone, and Belle shared. However, Kotone hadn't let go of Makoto's arm the entire time and kept hugging it even though Makoto insisted Kotone use the bed alone. As a result, Kotone pulled the reluctant Makoto onto the bed with her, citing she needed company. That caused Belle to facepalm as the night passed. So Belle rested beside Kotone's head, while the redhead kept cuddling against Makoto.

By the time the sun rose, Belle was the first among them to wake up, so she went out of the room first.

 

Out of the humans, Nagisa was the first one to wake up this time around. He simply washed his face as soon as he woke up, then hurriedly made his way to the market, hoping to get some ink ASAP.

Fumiko, meanwhile, was still sleeping in her room. She occasionally rolled around in bed, somehow managed to not fall from it.

 

In the inn, Belle was unaware that Nagisa had already gone out and she went to get some energy from the sunshine instead. What would today bring? It would be an interesting one, maybe. Another pearl would be preferable. It made Belle wonder how this was supposed to be school-related work, as far as she was concerned for Kotone and Makoto.
