Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity [Aura x Cira]

Hello all, and welcome to this roleplay! It is a one-on-one roleplay between me ([member='AuraKnight']) and [member='Cira'] It'll be based on the story of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, with a few minor changes.​

Name(s): Tyler; Ty
Race: Raichu
Personality: Tyler is closed off from everyone. He's rash, and always avoids the easy way out. But when someone gets through to him, which is rarely, he will be very protective of them, even to the point of risking his own life.
Backstory: Tyler grew up alone, his parents abandoning him at a young age. Because of this, all the injuries he suffered, physical, emotional and mental, are all buried deep inside him, making him closed off to others. But deep down he knows he's wrong, so his goal is to make a Paradise for Pokémon to come together and learn to care for one another, and he hopes that he can learn how to open up to others in the process.

Race: Human -> Deerling
Personality: She's easily embarassed, and gets nervous about a lot of things. She tries to help others by doing things for them, especially if it looks like a daunting task.
Backstory: Due to having amnesia after being transported from the human world to the Pokémon world, she doesn't remember much of her past life, apart from her name and that she used to be a human.

PROLOGUE​

"Uh... where am I? Is this a dream?"​

"..."​

"Oh look, a pool... is that water? Hey, I can see my reflection!"​

"Look, and see your true reflection."​

"Wha- who was that? Hey, m-my reflection, it's changing! I'm... a Deerling now!"​

"Human, I've brought you here to ask for your assistance."​

"My... assistance?"​

"The Pokémon world is in peril and we need your-"​

"..."​

"HELP!"​

Tyler was walkng down a barren path when he saw something lying on the ground. He didn't recognise it, but it was covered it dirt and seemed to be wounded. Since he wasn't fond strangers, he was planning on leaving it there to rot, but an image appeared in his mind, one that was all too familiar. Shaking away the bad memory, he reluctantly picked up the limp Pokémon and threw it over his shoulder. It was surprisingly light, so the trip back to Post Town wouldn't be to strenuous on him.
"You're lucky I walked past, or you'd have been left for the Mandibuzz." He said to the unconscious Pokémon.

 

"You fell." Tyler replied simply, not bothering to turn his head. Even without being closed-off, that was all he knew. He continued walking, faster, so he could get this horrible deed over with.

After a few short minutes, Tyler and his captive arrived at Post Town. As he walked towards the inn, everyone around him moved away, falling silent. But Tyler paid no attention to them, this Pokémon was his only concern at the moment. As he stepped into the inn, he was greeted by a warm smile given to him by Swanna.
"Tyler, you're back! Oh, who's that?"
"Dunno. Found her. She's hurt." He muttered, putting the Pokémon down on a lounge, before walking off to a nearby set of stairs. Once he had disappeared from view, the sound of a door closing, and a key locking it, could be heard. Swanna sighed.
"I'm very sorry about him, he's not one to socalise with strangers. So, sweetie, tell me what happened."

 

Letting out a concerned 'hmm', Swanna checked the Deerling over.
"You're very dirty, and you've got a few bruises... it's possible that you fell, and now you have amnesia. Can you tell me anything you remember about yourself, personally?" she asked.

 

"A human? Well, we don't get those here every day. Now, Miss Amanda, your wounds should be OK. If you feel up to it, try taking a walk. Go and see Tyler, the Raichu who bought you here. He's upstairs; tell him I sent you and he'll let you in. He can be a bit... awkward, at times, but I'm sure he'll warm up to you." Swanna smiled.

 

"Of course! Just call out if you need anything!" she smiled as she turned to leave, before remembering something and turning back around.
"I almost forgot; the inn will be open soon, so there may be many guests. If you feel it's too much, feel free to take rest upstairs. There are two beds; mine and Tyler's, so take the one on the far left, which is mine." She explained, before waddling off to the counter, ready to start the day.

 

It wasn't long before there were a few customers.
"Tyler, sweetie! I'm going to need you for service today!" Swanna called. This received a loud thud as the upstairs door swung open. The foyer fell silent as they heard footsteps, which belonged to Tyler. He stepped out, revealing that he was wearing a frilly maid's outfit. Everyone returned to their chatting, as this was a normal sight at the inn. Tyler, however, blushed profusely as he walked past Amanda, before going to the closest table and taking their order.
