"This just keeps getting better and better as it goes along. Sounds like I'd be a perfect fit for this show. There's simply nothing not to like about it, it's amazing." Alyssa still had 1000 thoughts running around in her head however.
@Sugar "As for what you guys will be doing on the show, you will be performing a song, taking questions, and participating in some of their mini games." Brock began. "Like always, you will be billed as 'The next generation'."
"Okay, I think we can pull this off no problem. Long as everyone does their jobs well and we come up huge, there should be some roaring applause for us and all the other idols." Alyssa's voice was getting more excited by the minute.
"What mini games can we expect to see?" someone asked. "They typically come in three flavors: free-for-all, 1 vs. team, and 2 on 2." Brock explained. "But every once in a while they may throw out solo games or something else entirely."
"There's the part I'm not so sure about. Still, we just need to keep our composure and keep on going. We'll find a way to pull it off in one way or another."
The Vocals classroom was electric as speculation over what the class would perform on 'Kiramekirari!' raced through the rows. Ash and Tintri were already present, prepping the electric piano for their demo performance of the song the class would perform.
"Well, here's when we discover what song we're going to be performing on the show. Hopefully our rendition will be up to par with everyone elses. Rememver to use that big voice of yours, Alyssa, you weren't blessed with one for no reason."
@Sugar Once the bell rang, Ash started packets of sheet music down the rows. "Take one and pass them down--this is the song you guys will be singing on 'Kiramekirari!' (the real song)
Alyssa's voice buzzed. "This is one of the songs you practiced forever ago. You have this song on lock, no doubt about it. Just remember to use that lovely low voice you have and everything will be perfect."
@Sugar "While Serena initially wrote this song for a Digimiri short, and we each recorded a version as our Digimiri characters, we've never performed it on stage." Ash explained. "That's where you guys come in, as Digimiris of your own along with our characters."
"Alright, I think we can pull this thing off. I heard a different story about this song, but I'll save that for another time. Let's see how well this performance will of I suppose."
@Sugar "If you want to know the secret to the Digimiri's voices, we are speaking and singing into one of these..." Ash held up a tiny round vocoder that looked like it could attach to a headset mic. "Our techs know how to set up each of the vocoders to sound like our character. So while we are speaking and singing in our real voices, what you hear in the audience are the voices of Digifire, Digiwave, Digijewel, and Digishine."
"Remember Alyssa, you have this song on lock. No matter how much they change how you perform the song, you will perform beautifully cause the song will most likly remain the same."
@Sugar "So before we begin learning the song, we need to create a Digimiri for each of you." Ash explained as Tintri passed out a Digimiri design sheet. "Take one of these and pass them down--once everyone has one, I'll explain how to fill it out."
Alyssa looked at each design category meticulously. Everything was very neatly presented and easy to both read and fill in. "Okay, this looks a little odd, but we'll get our instructions now I suppose."
@Sugar "Does anyone still need a design sheet?" Ash asked. A few hands went up near the middle, so a few more sheets were passed down.
