@Sugar @122 Generation Brock snapped to count the group off, before Misty kicked off the first set of the day. Then Serena joined in on accordion for the second tune, before the rest of the ensemble joined in for a third tune. (what they play)
The sound that was produced was nothing less than good. Everyone was perfectly in sync from beginning to end. Everyone was excited to hear the wonderful tunes.
@Sugar @122 Generation Misty and Brock kicked off the second set, before Ash joined in on the Pokeflute to complete the main melody. Serena joined in on the accordion again for the second tune, with the drummer keeping a rolling beat in the background. Miracolore and the ensemble played the third tune together. Of course, those that didn't know any of the tunes could listen or clap along. (what they play)
Everything was going quite swimmingly Alyssa thought, and the crowd agreed. Alyssa didn't know any of the songs, so she just snapped along between every few notes.
@Sugar @122 Generation As the last note of the previous set fades away, Brock looks around for a moment. "Anyone interested in playing a solo?"
"Might as well give it a shot." Alyssa put her hand up and volunteered to do a solo piece. She figured she could woo the crowd with her skills.
@Sugar Brock motioned for Alyssa to come to the soloist's and singer's platform. "When you're ready, the stage is yours."
@Sugar (so long as it works on an acoustic instrument, anything goes) Applause filled the room when Alyssa finished. "Who knew that the main theme to 'Journey to the Ancient Past' worked on flute?" Ash raved as he applauded. (the Pokeworld counterpart of the Jurassic universe is more like a series of time travel adventures than cloning dinosaurs)
"I had no idea either until I tried it just for fun and said hey, this doesn't sound half bad." Alyssa was more than glad. She had made something that probably didn't work on flute do so.
