pokemon rp?

Al had just arrived to the city. With his back hunched over, exhausted from traveling for so long without resting at any sort of seat, his legs felt numb! He wanted to sit in the worst way but he really wanted to go find a place to eat. At his side, his most trusted partner Alakazam was following along with him. He too was standing and walking in a similar fashion. Luckily, the other Pokémon Al had were placed in their pokeballs, or else people would see a pack of hungry travelers!

As they continued down the streets, Al heard some commotion going on further on ahead of them. Slowly he looked up, dazed and hungry, he had hoped it was something along the lines of 'free food day' or something. Unfortunately, that was not the case. As the matter of fact, Al couldn't tell what the deal was. Slowly he looked to his partner and sighed. "Should we bother?"

Zeke rubbed his forehead, unsure as to what he had wanted to do. The Alakazam would much rather go get food. But knowing the curiosity of a human, he knew that Al would wander over to the crowd anyways. Probably hoping for some free give away. His Alakazam just gave him a heavy sigh.

"You're right. I'm too curious for my own good." Al gave him a little laugh and grabbed his Alakazam's arm, dragging him over to the large crowd.

As they stood there, trying to figure out what was going on, he heard someone come up at their side. He tried his hardest to stand on his toes. "I don't know." He replied to Tallie. "I can't see."

As for Al's Alakazam, he just stood there. Aggravated. He wanted food! Not something mysterious!

 

Al blinked. How could this girl know that he was hungry?! He paused for a moment, thinking to himself. Did he really appear that hungry? Slowly he looked to Zeke, wondering if he knew what he was going to think.

Zeke stared at Al with an exasperated look.

Al rubbed his nose and returned his attention to Tallie. "Ah-hahaha! Yeah. We've been traveling for a long while. Haven't been able to stop either. We've been trying to find a Pokémon Center too." He placed his hand on his Alakazam's shoulder and patted him a couple of times. "We've gotten into a couple of Pokémon battles and my team and I are pretty worn out. Haha."

Al thought for a moment, once again. "Uh--well. . . I don't want to impose or anything. If you don't mind giving us some food, that would be great! I'll even pay you!" He chimed happily about this thought. Food! Finally food! And it's not canned stuff either! Real actual food! Oh the thoughts crossed his mind. What kind of food would this trainer have?!

Zeke elbowed Al quickly and yet subtly. Only trying to get him to pay attention.

"Huh? Oh yeah! Thanks! Zeke's been my partner and best friend for many years. He was my first Pokémon actually. My siblings and I all got Abras--which are all related too." He chimed at the thought. And he was the only one with a fully evolved Pokémon too!

 

"OH WOW!!!" It only took Al an eon and Tallie introducing the Arcanine before he realized it was there. Don't be offended, Al can be a bit ditsy. Despite how smart the kid is. "Woah! His fur is so shiny! And he looks healthy too! You must take real good care of him!" Al was admiring the beauty of an Arcanine. He had always thought they were majestic looking creatures--along with many others.

Zeke just stood there with his arms crossed. He was more hungry than anything and hearing his trainer talk more, made him want to hide in his Pokéball. Wherever the kid keeps them. He could cheat and just read Al's mind and find out, but he wasn't feeling it. Nope. Zeke figured to just wait until Al's stomach would growl.

"Your parents are Pokémon breeders? That's awesome. My parents and siblings run a small family-run rescue team back at home. I wanted to spend some time away so I can become stronger with my friends." He looked to Zeke and snickered. "We're going to go back home and show them!"

Zeke clapped his hands un-enthusiastically. Trying to let Al know that he was starving right now, without making a big commotion.

"Oh I know you are hungry, Zeke. I am too." He patted his shoulder again. "Uh--Can we help!? I'm sure--most of my Pokémon and I would love to!" He sort of gave a skeptical look to Zeke, knowing that Zeke wouldn't want to help.

Zeke gave him a cheeky look.

I know you can read my mind, Zeke. You don't help. You don't get their food. It's only fair.

Zeke huffed annoyed, reading Al's mind. He hated it when Al was trying to be smarter than him.

 

Then they were off! Riding on an Arcanine's back was awesome! Al never thought he would be even close to getting a chance like this. He looked to Tallie. "Yeah, don't let him fool you. He can be very lazy sometimes."

Zeke shook his head as he tightly held onto his trainer. The Alakazam knew he wasn't going to fall off, but the possibility of Al falling off was much greater. So he wanted to make sure that his trainer didn't fall. Even if the Arcanine was conscious about this. Zeke trusted his trainer with everything he had.

Then there was a jump and Al wasn't paying attention! Lucky for him, Zeke placed his hand on Al's head and forced him to duck as the Arcanine jumped. "Thanks pal."

Zeke just grumbled a reply.

"Nope. I only have two Psychic and two ghost Pokémon. But I know my Espeon loves spicy and hot food. I think she was supposed to be a Flareon, but she evolved anyways."He then heard something squawk at him from over head. Al looked up and saw a Braviary fly over them. "Woah, nice! The only rescue Pokémon I have is my Espeon. She was being mistreated as an Eevee and we rescued her. As for my two ghost Pokémon, they sort of just kept following me."

 

Al laughed when she said she had a Haunter as well. "I have a Haunter too!! My Haunter's name is Boo. I've only had him as a Haunter though, so I don't know what he was like as a Ghastly. But I called him Boo because he likes to jump out at people as well. He and his partner in crime, Hocus like to team up and scare people. Hocus is a Misdreavus. She came to me with that name, so I didn't name her... Although, my sisters, Al and I think she's actually looking for something, which is why she's palling around with me. We haven't found it though. But we're still searching!"

Once they arrived, Al looked to Tyson and waved. "Hello sir." Then when Tyson told him that they had to help, Al looked to his Alakazam and wore a snicker. A 'I told you so' look.

Zeke wasn't amused and yawned.

"Okay you guys! Let's all help out!" He threw the rest of his pokeballs into the air. Releasing his small team.

Boo, the Haunter, giggled madly as he appeared before him. Right by his side was the Misdreavus named Hocus who immediately looked around the room. Erika on the other hand, she was previously tired from a battle that they had finished not too long ago. So she wasn't very enthusiastic about being called out again. She just sunk her head and made her ears flop to the sides.

"Alright guys. We're going to help them out with their chores. And we'll be able to eat food! Erika, if you get too tired, please take a break. Alright? I know you're still tired from the battle." He then tapped his chin a bit before talking. "Actually i have a better idea--kind of." He eyed his Haunter and Misdreavus. Hocus was floating upside down making Boo laugh more. She was making a funny face at him and obnoxious sounds.

"Erm. Zeke, I want you to be partnered up with--uh. . . " He looked between the two ghost Pokémon. He knew that if he had them team up together, nothing would get done. Boo likes to cause trouble and Hocus was a youngster Misdreavus, so she wouldn't get anything done without someone guiding her. "Zeke I want--" He looked to Zeke who had already walked over to Hocus.

Zeke motioned for Hocus to follow along. Without any more pushing, the young Misdreavus followed behind him. Unlike Al, she respected Zeke a ton. So usually whatever the Alakazam wanted her to do, she normally listened to him.

Al looked to Boo and Erika whom didn't look to enthusiastic with being near one another. Erika thought Boo wasn't funny and Boo wanted to hang out with Hocus. "Aw come on you two! This will be fun! Come on!"

Al turned around and Tallie had asked him to help. "I was thinking about doing that!" Then he saw what she needed help with and he sort of stalled. "Uh. . . I don't know if I can pick those up." He shrugged and walked over to the hay. He grabbed the twine with both hands and tried to lift. Failure. He couldn't lift it. "Ugh." He tried again but this time it went soaring and he let go of the bail. He fell onto the ground, landing on his butt. "Huh?!"

Al looked and Erika had picked up several bails of hay with her telekinetic powers. She moved them to where they needed to be. Of course, she couldn't pick up all of them at once, so she would have to do this a couple of times.

 

"Yeah. These guys don't mind being out in the sunlight. Especially Hocus." He pointed to the Misdreavus. "She's a little bit backwards." He laughed.

Hocus heard Al comment on her oddity. She had stopped helping Zeke for the brief moment and tilted her head at Al. A cheeky snicker crossed her face as she vanished and reappeared before Al. Hanging upside down, she stuck her tongue out at him in a playful manner.

Al jumped at this. He didn't expect her to do that so suddenly. As for Boo and Erika, Boo roared in a fit of laughter. Erika just watched them with a stoic expression. She and Zeke seemed to be rather similar when it comes to the Ghost Pokémon fooling around. After his scare, he laughed along with Hocus. "You're silly."

Zeke made a motion for Hocus to come back. And she did. She sped over to the Alakazam and flew up to his side. Zeke just shook his head a bit unamused with what she had just done. But this didn't bother her.

Erika looked to Tallie when she instructed her. She did it without hesitation but was only going at a speed to where she wouldn't knock herself out. She started to scatter hay around the stalls.

"Woah. That's cool! I haven't seen a Pokémon egg since Zeke and his siblings." Al laughed.

 

"Maybe! I don't know if I want to stay for a long time though. I do have to return back to my home town to see my siblings and make sure they are okay." He smiled at the thought of returning home. "That and I want to see if I can find Hocus' object that she is looking for." He scratched his head. "Im not entirely sure what it is though. I wish I could verbally talk to Pokémon and understand them." He sighed. The thought would be so cool if he could talk to them. Just the thought was amazing. But alas, he knew he cannot and probably will never be able to.

He looked at the Zigzagoon egg and saw the little marking on the egg. He hoped that it would be okay in the end when it hatches. Al smiled at them, he missed being home. His parents weren't all that lovable like these two are, but they were their parents~

 

"Uh. . . Sure!" Al shrugged. "I guess we could-I mean, it'll give Erika some time to recover from her battle wounds." He looked over to his Alakazam. Top condition? He agrees. Al thinks all of his Pokémon are in prime condition. But he just wish his Pokémon would listen to him a little bit better sometimes. "You can get to know Zeke better. He's a bit of a party-pooper but he's still fun to be around."

Hocus was too busy trying to make Zeke laugh, she almost didn't realize the new comer appearing beside them. "!!!" She heard another Misdreavus and turned to face her. She blinked then shrieked out of surprise. Quickly, Hocus dove behind Zeke and hid from her.

Zeke looked between the two of them and shrugged. He knew that Hocus could either be very friendly or a big scardy-cat. This is one of those moments to where she was being shy. He reached over and tried to pat her, letting her know that it was going to be okay.

Hocus poked her head out from behind the Alakazam and smiled at Jewel.

 

Hocus looked back and forth. But nothing wanted to slip from her mouth, no reply yet. She had hoped that Zeke would respond for her. Slowly she looked to him with a pleading face.

"Alakazam." Zeke said dully. (She's being shy. Don't worry. She does this sometimes actually. . .) He nodded to Jewel.

"Oh! Maybe Hocus would like to see those. Would you Hocus?" Al asked her.

The misdreavus teetered and tottered for a moment in the air. She shook her head and hid behind Haunter now. Haunter was just laughing at the idea and the scene of her being so shy. "Hau-Haunter!" (I'll come along. She won't stray far from us! I'm like her personal body guard!)

Al rubbed his nose. "Well, I could ask him I guess. I just don't want to be a burden--but. . . Thank you. I'll have to ask him. Right Erika?" He looked to her with a smile.

The Espeon nodded with a bit of a snooty attitude. She was tired of feeling sore. She wanted to go now!

"Okay! Okay! Let's go find her dad and ask then!"

 

"I've had her for a long time actually." Al said to him. "Maybe about...8 years? Or so? I've been following what my sisters said about keeping my Pokémon healthy. She's really good at this kind of thing." He laughed.

Erika yawned and curled up at Al's side. She was bored with helping out right now. She wanted to take a break and relax for the time being.

As for Hocus and Zeke, they were still trying to converse with Jewel. However Hocus was still being shy about the whole thing.
