@Ignem Battle! Tyson vs. Bandit Gang Tyson's HP: 100/100 Bandit Gang's HP: 60/60 (10 HP per bandit) The Bandit Gang charges at you!
As the Bandit charges at Tyson, with a swift move, Tyson grabs the bandits hand and tosses him down to the ground slamming him. He still had not drawn his dagger.
@Ignem (Tyson used Throwing the Rock from the Cliff--Hit!) Bandit was defeated! The other Bandits take some damage! Bandit Gang's HP: 40/60
@Ignem Seeing that three of their fellows had fallen, the remaining bandits decided to flee. "Okay, okay, you can pass!" one cried as he fled. (The bandits flee! Tyson wins! Tyson earned 30 XP! The bandits dropped 1000 coins!) (leveling is fixed, a la Paper Mario--so you only need 100 XP every time to level.)
(gonna add a bit from my side. Also does his other stats increase as well?) +30 EXP points, +1000 coins Tyson breathed a sigh in relief. He picked the coins dropped by the bandits and put them in his own little money bag. The training helped him a lot, else he would have been broke by now. He removed the dust from his clothes and continued on his way. EXP: 30/100 Money: 2000 coins
@Ignem (Your stats do increase as you level--how big the increase is is how often you did things affected by that stat--so if you fought in melee a lot, Strength and Resolve would go up a lot, for example. I'll be happy to explain what the stats are and what they do, if you like)
@Ignem The rest of the way to River Cape Station was uneventful. The post town was fairly quiet that evening, although the notice board had plenty of postings.
After all the walking he had finally reached River Cape town. Deciding he should spend a day here and then proceed the next day he went to look for an inn.
@Ignem The River Cape Inn was not too busy--there were still plenty of rooms to spare for 10 coins a night. "Good evening." the innkeeper smiled. "Please, make yourself at home."
Tyson nodded. He payed the innkeeper 10 coins since he had to stay for a night only. He went to his room and rested there for a while. -10 coins Money: 1990 coins.
@Ignem The room was simply designed, yet had all the comforts of home. The lights of the restaurants and the theater twinkled from outside, as if they too were stars in the sky. (move on to the next day?)
(Yeah) Tyson slumped on the bed to rest. Slowly he drifted into sleep on the comfortable bed. Next day he woke up pretty early, around 6 am. Due to his training with Genbu, he now had a routine. So he did a bit of training before going to freshen up. Then he left the inn to stock up on supplies, for the trip ahead of him.
@Ignem (The shopping district at a post station will always have a post office (since that's what the post towns were initially for), a general store, a smithy, and an alchemist. Some will have more shops than this, though.)
(Aight) He first went to the general store to get some more food. He had enough money to get some food for more than three days now. He decided to go for food and water for days enough that he could reach the next post town and do bit of exploring. (how much days will it take for him to go to next post town+one day of exploration, this much food he has can you tell me how much money will it take?)
@Ignem (As a general rule of thumb, it should take 5-7 days to reach a post town, give or take a few days. I would err on getting a little more than your character will need--just in case!)
