    Ah, there are over 721 Pokémon to date. But some... they really don't fit their typing, don't you think? Some find Pokémon like Mr. Mime not to be Fairy-like at all, some think that Charizard should be Fire/Dragon-type, and many more.

    So, what Pokémon do ya'll think don't fit their typing? Feel free to share your thoughts and discuss!

    Hmmm.... (I know I said this before lol) Luxray [3D='405']should be an electric and dark type. And, Blissey [3D='242'] should be just fairy-type. ewe

    Stunfisk, for obvious reasons.

    I mean... How is that even an electric type!?

    People have been wondering for Generations how Gyarados wasn't a Water/Dragon type. At least make its Mega a Dragon!

    I have no idea how the snubble line became fairy types. I don't even know why their line was called "fairy Pokémon," because they look nothing like fairies or fairy types. They look more like normal or psychic types to me. :/

    Also, I don't understand why Pyroar is normal and fire. Why normal type? It just looks like a fire type to me.

    I understand why Charizard wasn't fire/dragon type. In Gen 1, when the 'Zard was first introduced, dragon-type was incredibly OP as it was weak to only ice and itself, and resisted pretty much everything else. Making Charizard a dragon-type would have ruined the balance between the three starters. Gyarados totally should have been water/dragon instead of water/flying because a.) it can't fly and b.) it was sort of supposed to be OP as payoff from raising a Magikarp all the way up to Level 20.

    In addition, I believe Blastoise should have gotten a second type upon evolution (maybe fighting, because steel wasn't introduced yet and cannons are used in war; if not maybe rock because of its rock-hard shell) because the fact that Venusaur and Charizard are dual-typed but Blastoise was single-typed always annoyed me.

    Similarly, I believe Emboar should have been pure-fire type. It doesn't seem as fighting-inspired as its fire-fighting contemporaries and its Gen V counterparts are both single-typed. I get it was based on a sumo-wrestler, but it didn't seem obvious enough to give it a whole new type to me.

    Blissey is a fairy-type if I've ever seen one. It fits right in with Clefable, Sylveon and the rest of those pink'ums. But it for some reason (that I cannot discern) got overlooked. Did someone misspell a file here or something? Come on, Game Freak, get your stuff together!

    Huh, I guess I got a bit more to say than I thought. Who knew?

    [3D='celebi'] should be Grass/Fairy
    [3D='flabebe'] [3D='floette'] and [3D='florges'] should also be Grass/Fairy while [IMG] should be Fairy/Ghost or Fairy/Dark
    [3D='milotic'] should be Water/Dragon or Water/Fairy
    All the Rock/Ground types should be either Rock or Ground. For instance Pokémon like [3D='geodude'], [3D='larvitar'] and [3D='onix'] should be only Rock type. In the case of Pokémon like [3D='rhyperior], they could still be Rock/Ground because of it's design.

    I honestly don't get why Darkrai isn't Dark/Ghost. I mean look at the thing, it just screams Dark/Ghost! But nope, it's pure Dark type. I get that it's name is DARKrai, but come on, it just doesn't make sense why he isn't Dark/Ghost.

    Flygon. Can't believe nobody pointed him out yet. He screams bug and bug buzz and bug type, nothing of ground. Poor fit.

    Also Mega salamence looks rather steel with the new look and boosted defense, another dragon/steel would have been cool.

    [3D='cresselia']

    Cresselia should be psychic/fairy since the moon implies with the fairy typing. For example Clefairy and Clefable love the moon and are fairy types, while moonblast and moonlight are also fairy type moves. The balanced typing would also make things even with Darkrai as dark type moves would be neutral against Cresselia with this typing.

    @[member="Doomhound"] just saying he's based off of the Antlion. Antlion's look similar to dragonflies are are actually different creatures altogether. Antlion's live in the desert and Flygon kicks up strong sandstorms so Ground makes perfect sense. Also, Antlion's are sometimes called "Sand Dragons" hence the Dragon type. Sorry to go all nerd on you. XD

    To further be a nerd here is a young Antlion, it has pincers that are jagged like Trapinch's mouth:
    [IMG]
    It eventually transforms into a dragonfly looking fully grown Antlion. Its like Trapinch evolving into Vibrava! ...im such a nerd plz help

    Florges should be Grass/Fairy, and I don't know why, but Flygon has always reminded me of a giant bug, making me think it should be Bug/Dragon.

    What else? Cresselia looks like it should be part Fairy, but we have enough Psychic/Fairy types for right now anyway. Milotic should probably be Water/Fairy, and Luxray Electric/Dark. Lastly, Venomoth should be Bug/Psychic (Sabrina used one on her team in RBY).

    I could go on, but that's just to name a few.

    I'm of course jumping the bandwagon with Florges being Fairy/Grass and Luxray being Electric/Dark because those just make sense.

    Also, Stunfisk literally makes no sense to me. I bet there is some logic to it, but I know not of this logic.

    Yanma and Yanmega should be Bug/Dragon. Because they're DRAGONflies, it would have been an awesome opportunity to make a kickass bug/dragon. The only other opportunity I see to do that is Flygon, but it had ground because of its pre evolutions, so...

    Lugia always struck me more as a partial Water-type, mainly because of how it lives in ocean trenches and the fact that you always encounter it in watery areas in Mystery Dungeon. In my opinion, the Psychic/Flying or Psychic/Dragon combination could have been used for Palkia, and either Water/Flying or Water/Dragon would have been appropriate for Lugia.

    [3D='scyther'] should not be Bug/Flying. I mean, if Pidgey can be taught Fly and it's like tiny, and Scyther can't and its about the size of a human, it shouldn't deserve Flying-type. It should be pure Bug-type or something else, maybe Grass because it has those scythes?

    Yeah the flabebe line should be dual grass/fairy
    Pokémon like Azumarill and Mauwile I don't get why they're fairy lol
    I think Staraptor could be flying/dark

    I sort of figured that normal type Pokémon were the ones that are based more obviously on real-world animals, since there're a lot of birds and cats etc within the typing. Makes me wonder why Purrloin and Liepard aren't dark/normal, among quite a few others.
    Give me more normal types!!!!
