I also think Flygon and Empoleon need mega evolution forms.

Yes I've already figured it out. Mega Porygon Z the first artificial Mega stone ever made. It started as an attempt by Silph Co. to fix the glitches in Porygon Z, despite the fact that no Pokémon has more than two evolutions, they had hope, then they learned about Mega evolution and got it fixed up so that the data was trapped in an artificial stone. This is him.

More than anything, Mega Samurott. Needs it more than any other Water Starter. I even have the specifics.

Would get Access to the moves Sacred Sword and Leaf Blade.

This at least gives Samurott a chance to shine.

 

Some sinnoh Pokémon that would definitely need megas in my opinion would probably be

Wormadam/Mothim
Vespequen
And (shudders) Purugly
We probably won't see too many new Sinnoh megas until the remake in a few years time but still
These guys need a bit of love

 

Well, I believe personally that Froslass should get a Mega-Evolution. Since Gallade was promoted to a Mega since Gardevoir was there, I see it as only natural that Froslass get one since we have Mega-Glalie.
