@SAF (I imagine you would need way more than that in the show--it would be on par with a WOW raid in my imagination)
(Aight then. And now, Wave, do you wanna wait for Cobalt's input? Or do you wanna move on with the narration?)
Cobalt patiently waited for the two Kubfu's. They were strong enough to defend themselves against wild Pokémon. But he doesn't know the same about the dynamaxed mons.
(Someone please fill Cobalt in on whatever's happening...) Meanwhile, boredom ensued on Marissa's part while waiting for the reinforcements to arrive. She ended up sitting on a rock near the den and played a rhythm game in her phone.
@SAF @Ignem Chika filled Cobalt in on what had happened--an Alolan Vulpix was trapped in a Wild den--and Dawn had called for help.
(Sure. But Marissa is still near the den, so you'll want to interact with @Ignem if the Trio are to arrive at the campsite.)
@Ignem After a few tense moments, a male voice snapped Dawn to attention. "There! I see their camp!" She smiled as Brock elegantly jumped over a log with the power and grace of a Sawsbuck and into the camp. "There you are!" she grinned as Misty and Ash climbed over the log into the camp. "Being a theater performer has its advantages..." Misty smiled as the group huddled for Dawn to fill them in...
(Excuse me for the filler btw.) Several songs later, Marissa let out a disappointed "Aww..." after playing this 7-minutes song which is pretty long for a rhythm game. She hadn't yet to get a full combo at the hardest difficulty for this one, let alone a perfect combo. No wonder, that one song has been widely known as the rhythm game's version of endurance test among its players. (The song in question is ͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͟͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞͝͞Ⅱ́̕ (a.k.a. II), the + - "climax" song in Cytus 2. The attached link in the story is both the song itself and what Marissa's gameplay looks like.)
@Ignem @SAF "Nice to meet you." the Trio choruses back to you. "...then it ran off to the east somewhere, and Marissa followed it." Dawn concludes what she understands of the story so far. "I'm worried for Marissa, Emiyou, and the Alolan Vulpix. "Is this it?" Brock circles the den on a map of the island.
@Ignem @SAF The den looked like an imposing cave. True to form, Ash is ready, willing and able to charge inside. "Let's go save that Alolan Vulpix!" "Whoa there, cowboy..." Brock cautions as he pulls Ash back. "We don't know what's in there, and how dangerous it is."
By the time the group arrived, Marissa was seen cradling the Alolan Vulpix who had came to her earlier. With her Kubfu and Inteleon out from their Pokeballs, that is. "See? We've got company," Marissa reassured the poor Vulpix only for them to jump from her arms and run straight into the den. "HEY!!! COME BACK HERE, YOU LITTLE PUNK!!!" Sniper yelled as he chased the white Vulpix into the den with Marissa following suit.
