Sign Up/Discussion Pokemon: The Song of the Legendary Prism

In a far away fantastic Pokeworld far from the one we know, the people believe that the Legendary Pokémon battled against eight Elemental Beasts to protect the world they had so lovingly made. Once the battle had ended, and the world at peace once more, the Legendaries each channeled their power into a powerful jewel, which were in turn liked together by Arceus, who created a diamond. This done, they hid the jewels in eight well guarded dungeons. If the Elemental Beasts were ever awakened again, a worthy band of heroes could find the jewels, and reseal the Elemental Beasts once again.

The years have passed, and the seals on the Elemental Beasts have begun to weaken. But the Legendaries found out oo quickly that the hidden jewels worked a little too well--no heroes had yet succeeded in finding and retrieving the jewels.

The most confused of all were the Twin Wolf-Kings--Zacian the Hero, and Zamazenta the Guardian. Was this task too difficult for any mortal?

But then they remembered the old adage 'music tames the savage beast'--what if song were to succeed where sword and shield had failed?

They found their heroes in a band of four minstrels that were also best friends, and four minstrel apprentices that wanted to come with them.

Character's weapon (if any--as minstrels, you carry a songblessed weapon, if you have a weapon at all)
Character's preferred instrument (any fantastic instrument will do--no electric guitars or synths here!)
Character's innate song (pick no more than two of Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Ice, Thunder, Light, or Stars):

For reference:

Ash is armed with songblessed twinblades named Firelight and Starglow. If melee combat is too dangerous, he can use the Song of Fire and the Song of Thunder. He currently carries two instruments--an Ancestral Flute, and a smaller Celestial Whistle.

What his costume basically looks like

Misty is armed with a songblessed sword named Frostine--a gift from her king. If melee combat is not feasible, she can use the Song of Water and the Song of Ice. She only carries one instrument--the Rolling Sea Fiddle.

What her costume basically looks like

Brock is armed with a songblessed bow named Willow, but he can also use the Song of Earth, or fight unarmed if archery or magic is too dangerous. While he is proficient on both lute and harp, he chose to bring the lute along for this adventure--a Lute of Honor.

What his costume basically looks like

Serena is armed with a songblessed rapier named Shimmer--a gift from a runeblade friend of hers. If melee combat is too dangerous, she can use the Song of Light and the Song of Stars. She only carries one instrument--a Mandolin of Virtue.
