@Laserdragon14 @BZRich64 @ShireHime @~Dream-Of-The-Elements~ The party departed in high spirits the next morning. Their research had paid off--a shard of the sword was reported in the dwarven lands near Argenta
Both persian and skitty wete in there charms to rest as Jamie winked at girls who passed by. And followed the group
Ariel continued to follow along with the group as they left even though she had no idea why exactly. She was just along for the ride at this point, despite not paying attention what they were actually supposed to be doing.
Windripper remained flying above and at the farthest end of the group from the Fey to prevent any type of interaction with him. The event of the night before didn't give the Taka good feelings about working him, but if this mission was so important, Windripper guessed that he would just have to get over it.
@Laserdragon14 @BZRich64 @ShireHime @~Dream-Of-The-Elements~ The dwarven kingdom was a vast underground network under the surface. But there were entrances to the surface near many of the mountain towns--so many of the dwarves came to trade with the humans.
@Laserdragon14 (our destination is underground, but for the moment, we are outside on the way to Mt. Luna.)
The sight of the mountains reminded Windripper of his old home. The remembrance made him have a hint of homesickness in his mind, but he quickly shook away the feeling and looked back at Skarmory.
@Laserdragon14 @BZRich64 @ShireHime @Tala There were Taka tribes in the Mt. Luna highlands that also traded with the dwarves. The group had agreed to ask for the Taka's aid, since they knew the latest news of what was happening anywhere, even underground in the dwarven realm.
Jamie had both of his Pokémon back in the charm again and casually walked beside the group. At times checking how his hair wad but didnt say a word
(Sorry for the late replies!) Amara closely followed the group with Ajil, still quiet with no changes. She was having a hard time to get the chance to be close to everyone else in the group.
@ShireHime (That's okay! Just post when you can.) @Laserdragon14 @BZRich64 @Tala The route to the Mt. Luna pass wove through the highlands, where a tribe of Taka lived. Brock knew the chief well, as they kept the city of Argenta informed on dangers to the city, activity in the dwarf realm, and other happenings across the world. He waved as a red feathered scout soared overhead with two fledglings in tow.
The sight of fellow Taka both warmed Windripper's heart and made him sort of scared. Skarmory started cawking as loud as he could until Windripper shot him a look that quickly made him stop.
@Laserdragon14 @BZRich64 @Tala @ShireHime The red feathered bird-woman flew down to meet the group. "Hail and well met, adventurers, and well met to you as well." she grinned at Windripper.
Windripper suddenly felt awkward when the bird-woman smiled at him and even started blushing. "Well met to you too," stammered Windripper.
"Well well. You seem looking good." Jamie smirked. As he walked up to her. "How about some guide through this village. You might look stunningbwhen your with me"
The thought of the Fey with that Taka nearly made Windripper throw-up, but he managed to hide it. Skarmory started nuzzling up against his partner's side, but Windripper didn't even notice it.
