Not likely, considering that they are putting more emphasis on the Sun and Moon Pokémon now for the special z moves.
I wouldn't be surprised actually... Celebi happens to be part grass type and since Mew's Z move activates psychic terrain along with the attack, Celebi's (assuming it gets one) could active grassy terrain with its attack. They both happen to be the last Pokémon in their respective region Pokedexes as well, so it could be a thing. Though I don't like more legendaries getting special treatment so I hope it isn't the case lol.
I consider Celebi to be gen 2's Mew so I could see it getting one, possibly dealing with it's time travelling powers which would be cool
I would say is possible for it to get its own Z-Move but I dunno how likely it'll be since I don't think they've mentioned anything about it getting a Z-Move.
I really like the idea that Celebi could activate Grassy Terrain. Maybe Manaphy could get Misty Terrain. Of course...there's no Electric type mythical, but it was a good shot XD I think it's a good guess, but I assume the item will be added in a few months, instead of immediately. #MissingNo
I wouldn't be surprised of they add one. They'll probably want to have more promotion for Gen II Pokémon with the Virtual Console releases of Gold and Silver. I could see it as a coming with the new Celebi event (although they probably would have already announced that if it does).
It's very possible. Mew got its own Z Move in SM, so I don't really see why Celebi wouldn't get one in the new USM games. I would agree what some of the others said about it possibly activating Grassy Terrain, as it is part Grass and Mew has the Psychic Terrain it activates
I could easily see them doing it for those who purchased Gold and Silver, but they may release it later as a month event to all
