I waited for the Anistar city sundial to kick up 30 mins ago like it should, I already got my ring upgraded by the professor and I am long done with the Elite 4 and Champion.

However the sundial did not start spinning at 8pm...this is the 2nd night I tried and I have no idea why it's not working. I wasted another day seeing if it did work and I didn't notice so I went to find the scizor mega stone but nothing was there.

Anyone know why it's not working for me? I'm getting very frustrated.

    Thanks.

Only think I can think of is to check and make sure that the clock on your 3DS is set correctly, or play aroun with it and change it to the time you need to get it to work.

If you're hunting for Mega Stones, it doesn't matter if the thing is spinning or not. It just has to be 8pm to 9pm and you'll be able to find them. If you can't find them, then your DS times are probably wrong.

Yeah, just like Ben said the sundial does not have to be spinning. In fact I don't even know if it spins at all. Just look up a guide of where to find all the Mega Stones and go to those locations between 8 and 9.

I've looked at it plenty of times and it hasn't budged at all. I don't think it's suppose to move in the first place.
