Are psychic type Pokémon a type you like, or dislike? Do you always have a psychic type on your team in some form, or is it a type you use occasionally/not at all? Have you ever tried a monotype run of a game using psychic types?
Which psychic type is your favourite, which is your least favourite, and why? Do you have any memories relating to the type, or experiences that stand out while using or fighting them?

I remember back in the first games when Alakazam was a beast, it could learn so many moves and was so powerful because it was before the physical/special split. It was almost ridiculous how powerful it was back then with access to so many good moves. It wasn't uncommon for me to have big issues with it when fighting it. especially in Pokémon Stadium where they could have some really ridiculous moves at times.

I've never tried a mono run with psychic types since well I'm not that big a fan of psychic types with the exception of a few select ones.

Up until gen 6 I never really used a psychic type for my main team. This was mostly because of the fact that they were few and far between in games, or just difficult to run into on routes. That being said I used a Gardevior in X who is a beast, and then an espeon in alpha sapphire who came in rather late after catching kyogre but covered my major weakness to fighting. To put the icing on the cake I would have to say that these are my favorite psychic types mostly for their designs. I also have a soft spot for espurr who is adorable and slowbro who led me to victory in stadium back in the old n64 days.

My very first in-game team in White had a Musharna named Mary Jane in it. Unfortunately I do not have her anymore due to my bad habit of restarting my games. I've used a small number of other Psychic types in BW.
Also my first legitimate Shiny was a Lunatone. But he just failed completely in battle. :( He's gone too. But I don't really mind.

In XY, I've mostly used female Meowstic. I know Meowstic kinda sucks in battle but they are too cool looking for me to ignore. xD I also have a soft spot for Malamar, mainly for his design and contrary ability.

In all my runs of Omega Ruby, I've always used Latios and/or Slowbro. However,I am currently breeding Beldum(s) for the battle maison.

I guess you could say I have some experience with certain psychic types, but mostly the underrated ones.

Psychic types are something I use occasionally-- I don't have to have them on my team. It really just depends on whether or not a Psychic type I like is offered in the game, such as Gallade or Girafarig. :) Those two are my favorites. To me, there are a lot of unattractive psychic type designs. I mean, you've got Jynx and Medicham. I know it's silly, but the look of a Pokémon is more important to me than it's stats, really :s

Psychic type is probably my second favorite type right under water, or possibly third under dark type it depends on how I'm feeling. I didn't really utilize Psychic Pokémon until gen 3 with the Raltz-> Gardevoir evolution line. Now I always have one when playing games. I've yet to do a monotype play of anything.

They're pretty cool, I don't use them often but they're still a type I tend to like because they have good designs and rather interesting moves. My favorite Pokémon, Jirachi, is Psychic.

My second favorite Psychic Pokémon is Meowstic simply for its design, but other than that, I also like Wobbuffet [I thought it was a water type at first though].
