Puzzle and Dragons

I'm surprised to see someone on this forum who actually plays PAD that's great to hear! I'm a huge PAD (plays the iphone version) fan I got almost all my friends hooked to the game series thanks to my mother. I blame her for everything. I would love to see the 3Ds in America. It's just taken them too long to release it down here haha.

 

Went ahead and moved this over to the Computers & Technology forum since phones/tablets are the main platform for this game. Would be limiting to keep discussions focused on the Japan-only 3DS game by keeping it around in the Nintendo Consoles Video Games subforum.

But I really wish we had the 3DS game here.. ;_; PAD in general is a real time-sinker, especially with the amazing monster artwork that make me want to just.. collect 'em all, haha. What have been your best godfest pulls?

 

I would looooove for the 3DS PAD game to become available overseas; the iOS/Android version is really fun (and a waste of my money, particularly during Godfests).

re: best pull, I'd have to say when I did Godfest way back when and got Incarnation of Kirin, Sakuya as my second god. (Ares was my first; he was also a pretty good pull.) She's now Ultimate Evolved, and I LOVE her Active Skill, Leader Skill, Awoken Skills, and bulk. I use her a lot, and when she's teamed up with another Sakuya (and Hera-Is and Echidna, for that matter) I can take down a shitload of Descended dungeons. As for rarest Godfest pull, I managed to get the Wood Zhuge Liang; he's pretty good if I do a mono-Wood team.

Other notable Godfest pulls include my getting Ceres (her Wood/Dark Ultimate Evo. is a staple on most my teams), Umisachi & Yamahachi (they are amazing Ultimate Evolved, and while I hated that they were part Healer at first, they've actually been really useful on my Healer teams), Anubis (the manliest God), Apollo, and Ganesha.

 

So Puzzle and Dragons is getting a crossover game with Mario on the 3DS soon! <3 I'm very excited, hopefully this will make its way outside Japan because aaaaa I would so buy it. Not sure how likely that'll be but PAD is a relatively popular game app even here in the States so fingers crossed.

As far as gold egg pulls go, I have a few good gods I need to boost. Currently using Lovely Maiden, Princess Valkyrie as my lead and slowly working towards leveling up and ultimate evolving Leilan for my other teams.

 

My lead's been switching a lot; depends on the dungeon. For the most part, I use Kirin of the Sacred Gleam, Sakuya because she's awesome, especially when combined with another Sakuya. Other common leads of mine include War Deity of Fury, Ares for a Dark team (it's a good team when combined with Ronia/Fire Sonia); Earth-Rending Emperor, Siegfried; and my recent addition, rebel seraph lucifer (yes, the bitty one). I'm trying to fully max out Ethereal Guardian Seiryuu, Karin's Awakenings so I can use her as a leader, and I'm trying to evolve Highlander into Wood/Dark Cu Chulainn for a Balanced team.

 

I've never heard of this game before... But it looks pretty cool, so I'll be sure to check it out sometime! (Also, it's god "Dragons" in the name, it must be good. )

 

Ahaha yeah, PAD is pretty awesome and it's worth logging into the game every day even if you don't play to collect daily log-in rewards. I've never spent a dime on the app but have gotten some awesome gods from Magic Stone giveaways. Right now I'm focusing on leveling Sarasvati, whom is apparently a really good god, and evolving my Princess Valkyrie. (ﾉ･ ･)ﾉ
