The first Pokémon I named after a twitch user by the name of MANvsGAME, also I know Landorus-therien's set is the ubers offensive earth plate set. Thing is I don't run a traditional wallbreaker so I kinda needed Landorus-Therien with the earth in it to also support my team against attack-oriented threats, in addition to hitting harder with EarthQuake and when burned.
Also Mega Slowbro, I try to keep around til late game, where most of its checks and counters are kaputt, then I set up and rek face (well, if I can).

The biggest threats to my team are SubRoosting salamences, mix-mences, Calm Mind Latios (since they normally pack a move to hit at least 1 of my walls), and Nasty Plot Thundurus if it's packing Hidden Power Flying. Least those are my immediate threats to my knowledge.

Not a bad team, but it lacks recovery. Rotom-W can surprise Thundurus greatly with HP Ice as well as M-Sceptiles.
It also has great coverage since it is, well, an Ice type move.

For Lando-T, I'm wondering why you are running Earth Plate and also Adamant. With the set, it looks more like a utility Lando-T with pivot. That should be max speed, otherwise it will often be outsped by common mons that it should normally outspeed.

One thing I noticed is that while your team has hazards to set up, you have no hazard removers. This is a very big problem for a bulky offense team as you will need to switch around a lot, and your bulk will be especially worn down by hazards.

One solution you could try is instead of running Ferrothorn, you could run SD Scizor with Bug Bite / Bullet Punch / Swords Dance or Roost / Defog. It will give you hazard control and increase your bulky offense along with adding great and reliable priority outside of Conk. It also gives you another reliable sweeper. It also doesn't open up any more weaknesses since now you lost a Fighting weakness and you still have the same 4x weak to Fire typing, which is great since you have a Heatran on your team.

The only problem with your team is that since it is bulky offense, it is beat by stall. Stall includes a lot of status, hazards, and blocking (such as Taunt / Encore) which really screws over your team and that's not a fun thing. One thing you could try on Heatran over one of the moves is Taunt. I also recommend you to change it's EV spread to 244 HP / 224 SpD / 40 Spe.

I like this team though, a very nice and threatening ORAS OU team.

I was contemplating that myself but I'd probably have to change my slowbro to be a Thunderwave set and remove the mega all together. That was th biggest reason I made Ferrothorn part of my walling core, other than to gobble up Spores.
Because I run Thunderwave, I felt very comphy running the Ubers set on smogon with Adamant Earth Plate LandoT (one of my only speed users), although if i make the change I could go Jolly. It gives me extra power on my team that was lacking (unless you count conkeldurr being boosted by a status).
Thanks for the ideas though. Will be testing that motion soon (in ORAS or just straight OU)

What was the biggest part of using Slowbro? The core is fine without Ferro, even though they mix sort of decently. You won't need to use T-wave on Slowbro and remove the mega. Also spore/sleep powder isn't that common at all. Adamant Earth Plate Lando is very situational even with T-Wave since the Pokémon on your opponent side needs to be a) out, b ) not threatening to Ferro, c) the poke/one of the pokes Lando needs to outspeed. I think Jolly would be much better.

To be honest I didn't plan on using slowbro on the team as a calm mind sweeper, but it just came to be because I needed a boosting sweeper that can clean late-game, and synergizes with the rest of the team (at the time).
It actually worked extremely well... and then I got creamed because I predicted like crap, which was what won me 5 fights in a row. And to be honest I was really skeptical about using a rapid spinner cause I was fearing I'd be making my team too one-dimensional.
The idea of using Taunt, least for me, unless I make heatran a fast set, i don't think would work well. It's just in my opinion Roar does me more and I can break multiscale, sashes, force away boosting. I am not scared of status at all, nor am I scared too much of stall for the sole reason of how rare it is in ORAS and gen 6 OU.

Taking your advice though I modified my EV spread and I went 'screw it. Thunderwave isn't as useful on this type of team as others, minus the parahax.' Also decided to use a defogging mega latios (with Dragon Pulse, might make my third attack Grass Knot or Energy Ball for Swampert) and the Bulky SD Scizor set from Gen 5 (least I can nom Sitrus Berry off of Drum Azumarill).
Also Landorus-T is physically defensive now.

Yeah, stall is non-existent thanks to M-Salamence. :P

Anyways, I just noticed a big threat in M-Medicham (or M-Gallade) Sub variants bead 5/6 of your 'mons (only losing to Slowbro) and things like Gothitelle (which I still use, even though Mag is better) can trap it and kill it w/ Specs T-bolt.

One suggestion that might possibly be a bit dumb is replacing T-bold on your Rotom-W with Trick. This allows you to ccripple counters like Chansey once you don't need your speed anymore. Otherwise, it feels pretty solid, though I want to see a few replays, tbh. :P
