Excadrill's Brick Break can be replaced with Shadow Claw/X-scissor if you want, but BB is fine.

    You're wasting Greninja's Protean capabilites. Give it a life orb/expert belt/focus sash.

Gyarados having bite is extremely weak. Luckily OR/AS gave it Crunch but since it's not even Mega replace it with Earthquake Instead.

Have Bisharp use Knock off instead of Foul Play. That way you could handle Eviolite Chanseys that wall your team.

Other than that Mandibuzz/Ferrothorn are standard.

3/6 is weak to electric, and excadrill is the only one who could handle that. 3/6 is also weak to Fire. Gyarados/Greninja/Excadrill/Bisharp doesn't really wanna switch into moves at all. Try having walls like Chansey/Sylveon if you need sp. def walls.

It's a nice team. The only thing I would change, however, is one of the steel types. 3 of your Pokémon are weak to fire, especially Ferrothorn. I recommend having a flash-fire Pokémon on your team as "fire bait", meaning switch to that Pokémon when fire attacks are aimed at Ferrothorn/Excadrill/Bisharp and get a nice boost to your own fire-type moves. Perhaps Heatran would work well on your team, or maybe Chandelure.

Chandelure isn't a very good poke in OU at all, which is why it isn't seen there.
For the team, change these small things:
    • Choice Specs to LO on Greninja
    • Intimidate over Moxie on Gyarados
    • Earthquake over Bite on Gyarados
    • Outrage is a terrible move on Gyarados. Locks it in and gets no coverage. Change this to Ice Fang.
    • Brave Bird is usable on Mandibuzz, but I run Foul Play on it in so I am not set up bait to physical set up sweepers.
    • Make Bisharp's EV spread this: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed. Either Adamant or Jolly is fine.
    • Bisharp has no need for Brick Break, what is it doing there. Replace it with something like Swords Dance or Pursuit.
    • Ferrothorn is completely fine
    A few things I noticed:
    • No special walls
    • Better options for some roles
    • Mainly physical mons, only 1 special attacker
    • Weak to Fire and Electric
    • Extremely weak to Wil-o-Wisp/burns in general
    • Extremely weak to Rotom-W which could take on almost every single mon on your team
    A few solutions:
    • Scarf Garchomp is much better then Scarf Excadrill. Scarf Exca doesn't have much use except for being able to hit Rotom-W via Mold Breaker. Also it removes a Fire weakness while keeping the same coverage.
    Garchomp set:
    Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Rough Skin
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe (or 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe if not running Fire Blast)
Naive Nature (or Jolly if not running Fire Blast)
    - Outrage
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Dragon Claw / Fire Blast
    • Heatran could be a nice Ferro replacement even though Ferro is a huge part of your team. It also gets SR and can burn opponents using Wil-o or so and keep offensive pressure as a special attacker with Lava Plume. Roars out pokes that try to set up and adds a SpDef wall
    • >>If you decide to go with Fire Blast Garchomp, Heatran isn't as necessary as before
    • If you don't want to replace Ferro since it's a good mon on your team, you could use Defensive Latias a replacement for Hazard Remover Mandibuzz
    Latias set:
    Latias (F) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpAtt / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Draco Meteor
    - Psyshock
    - Roost
    - Defog
It adds bulky offense to your team, and you team could use some nice nuking potential in Draco and Psyshock. Roost recovers LO recoil and excess damage since Latias still stays quite a bit bulky. Speed is obvious as Latias is in a very good speed tier at base 110.

The problem with adding my two additions (Garchomp and Latias):
-A bit more weak to Dragon spam
    -A tiny weakness to Ice
-This is more of a pitiful excuse, as only 2 are weak to it and 3 resist it

Fairies are not a problem as Bisharp and Ferro deal with them quite nicely.

Overall, I really like the team. It has great offensive pressure while maintaining a few relatively safe switch-ins to take up hits and retaliate back with a nice amount of power. The only tricky thing is about this team is you have to play around with switching and predicting a lot, so it takes a lot more experience to utilize very effectively.
