My personal azumaril set is sutrus berry for the item, belly drum, aqua jet, waterfall and play rough for moves, and huge power. for the ability.

As for Donphan... Leftovers... Bulky attack.

Sceptile needs petal dance and the berry that stops confusion. Take up unburden too.

Choice your Latias... Scarf or specs. Unless you want sub calm mind. Then life orb it.

The Sceptile is weird but fine. I wouldn't use Petal Dance, 1. because being locked into a grass-type move (terrible coverage) is bad and 2. sceptile doesn't even get it. I would use Life Orb or Specs Latios. Also, the moves you have on it are unbeneficial for coverage. Run Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse/Psyshock/Surf or Thunderbolt/Roost, Defog, or HP Fire. Charizard Y has absolutely no need for Ancient Power or Dragon Pulse. Replace them with Air Slash and Roost. Also change it's 4HP EVs into Def, putting 4 into HP gives it an even health number which will make it die upon switching into rocks twice rather than 3 times with an odd HP number. For Donphan put lefties and replace Stome Edge with Ice Shard. Your team needs the priority and it's much better on Donphan anyways. For Weavile, add a Focus Sash or Life Orb to the set. Even with Chople Berry it dies to pretty much all good fighting types in OU.
Now for Azumarill, Sap Sipper is useful only on certain teams. You have 3 grass resists on yours though, so it's already bad. Change it to Huge Power as it makes Azumarill very threatening. Mystic Water is good but I prefer Choice Band, Sitrus Belly Drum, or AV. I'd replace Ice Punch with Waterfall for strong STAB but that's up to you. Like the Sceptile btw, it's a great Pokémon :]

Looks solid except the giant ice weakness.

Also is there any reason why you are running HP Ice on Sceptile? HP Rock is more useful as it hits Fire types as well as Flying types

I kind-of don't see the purpose of running sceptile in Overused to be honest, but looking at your set you could run white herb on it to get the unburden boost w/o being risked of a KO from a knock off.
And to be honest, I kinda question the idea of using expert belt on latios. You could remove it for a Life Orb for more consistent damage and potentially remove Ice Beam (since you have that Weavile) for Roost.

Just a few ideas, but otherwise it's a pretty solid team.

Azumarill w Sap Sipper SHOULD NOT be used as a physical sweeper. Run it as a sp def wall with lefties, and then take soak, toxic, knock off, protect stall set. The soak helps any steel types get poisoned, gives nuetral to knock off, and takes away stab. protect gives lefties recovery and toxic damage, and knock off helps screw up scarfs, specs, life orb, band, etc.

USE THIS ONLY IF YOU NEED GRASS PROTECTION

If not, run the stereotypical huge power azu sets that are out there.
