    - Sucker Punch
    - Knock Off
    - Pursuit
    - Iron Head

    Mew @ Leftovers
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
    Gentle Nature
    - Psyshock
    - Heal Bell
    - Knock Off
    - Will-O-Wisp

    Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 104 HP / 252 Def / 116 SpA / 36 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Hydro Pump
    - Volt Switch
    - Pain Split
    - Confuse Ray

    Volcarona @ Big Root
    Ability: Flame Body
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Fiery Dance
    - Bug Buzz
    - Giga Drain
    - Quiver Dance

    [3D='hawlucha']
    Hawlucha (M) @ Power Herb
    Ability: Unburden
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature
    - Sky Attack
    - Acrobatics
    - High Jump Kick
    - Swords Dance

Physical Sweeper. Hawlucha has an excellent amount of speed, getting at max 368. Taking advantage of its ability "Unburden", we will increase that speed, doubling the amount of it after losing the Power Herb after the Sky Attack. It is highliy recommended to use Swords Dance boost first, allowing Sky Attack to give an incredible amount of damage. After this first opening with Sky Attack, we will start using Acrobatics, given the fact that it double its damage after losing the object. Finally we get a Pokémon with Doubled Speed and Acrobatis with 110 of potence. The final attack as you can see is High Jump Kick, I prefered potence in this case and after a Swords Dance t hits really hard. This is one of the most known Hawlucha's set. It is a fast physical sweeper so i use 252 Spe and 252 Atk with 4 HP.

    [3D='gyarados']
    Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Crunch
    - Dragon Dance
    - Substitute

Sub Dragon Dancer Gyarados. You can use this Pokémon in many diferent ways. You can stay without Mega Evolution receiving Fight Types as Neutral Damage and without taking care of the received damage to much. So, it is based on put a Substitute, prevent status and start with the dancing (Dragon Dance). Dragon Dance Boost with a powerful STAB like Crunch (ORAS you gave us to much power >.<) deals neutral damage everywhere and it is very useful. The other attack, even if it not a STAB one, gives an incredible coverage allowing Moldbreaker Mega Gyarados to easily destroy many Levitaters even if it is not a Super-Efective Damage (obviously Rotom will suffer this a lot). Another detail that I forgot was the Substitute, many persons know how it works, but I will explain it: Prevents Status Changes, yes it is the most important part XD. Fast Dancer with extra attack, given the fact that I am going to boost the speed i prefer the extra potence, so the EVs are 252 Atk and 252 Spe

    [3D='bisharp']
    Bisharp @ Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe/ 4HP
    Adamant Nature
    - Sucker Punch
    - Knock Off
    - Pursuit
    - Iron Head

Okay, many of you know this guy, once that you think "Hey I won", this guy appears with its Sucker Punch trolling all the remaining Pokes on your team. In my case I am running 3 Dark Moves...why? I really wanted to take advantage from the Black Glasses so the result was this. Pursuit Traper: Already known function, you prevent the little Lati@s for escaping and many other pokes that try to run (prevents VoltTurn). Knock Off is always useful even if you know that your opponent will switch, you know that you will touch him, removing the item of his/her next Pokémon. Sucker Punch is a priority move that is very dangerous even if you resist it, because if an Intimidater touched Bisharp stats an x1.5 more attack for this guy+STAB is a huge problem, if you don't have the correct checks and counters. Finally Iron Head is the attack with the best function of the Metagame...kill Fairies (excpet for that blue fat guy, yes I am talking to you Azumarill!). 4 HP to increase to make t a little useful, sometimes I think in potes these 4 in Defense, but I dont know.
I like the fast version of Bisharp, outspeeding some enemies and giving a lot of opportunities so i used 252 Atk and 252 Spe

    [3D='mew']
    Mew @ Leftovers
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
    Gentle Nature
    - Psyshock
    - Heal Bell
    - Knock Off
    - Will-O-Wisp

Well, I like the Stealth Rock variant, but I prefered to run Will O Wisp this time, only to revent posible set up physical sweepers. Heal Bell is my protection if my most important Pokémon (Gyarados) suffered a status (possible a bad switch in infront of Will o Wisp or Thunder Wave) and for the rest of the Pokes of course. Knock Off to start disarming, if you are lucky you can disarm a Scarf and obtain a full advantage in the begining of the battle. Psyshock to touch Mega Venasaur with non invested Defense (but it is still effective if you already touched it) and give a little coverage even if it is a Lead. 252 HP increasing Bulky, 252 Special Defense that is pretty useful to resist non Dark/Ghost/Bug Types and 4 Atk to increase a little Knock Off damage.

    Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 104 HP / 252 Def / 116 SpA / 36 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Hydro Pump
    - Volt Switch
    - Pain Split
    - Confuse Ray

I use Confuse Ray this time, a little extra Hax is always welcome and really annoying for the opponent. Hydro Pump and Volt Switch are STAB moves that hit good .I invested in this for the EV's 116 SpA giving extra potence, 104 HP for a little of Bulky, 252 Def to obtain it as a Physicall Wall (I really like using Physicall Wall Rotom-W) and the las 36 EV to outspeed other Rotoms and other foes.

    [3D='volcarona']
    Volcarona @ Big Root
    Ability: Flame Body
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Fiery Dance
    - Bug Buzz
    - Giga Drain
    - Quiver Dance

Quiver Dancer Volcarona. Once you get the boost, you cannot stop this bug XD. Fiery Dance+Bug Buzz are very powerful STABs that hit really hard after QD and Giga Drain is to prevent Bulky Waters. Not too much to say about the EV, increasing 252 Speed and 252 SpeA like many Fast Special Sweepers, 4 HP to use it with the Giga Drain.

EDIT: I added extra information about the team

Suggestions that maybe I will apply here but you are free to do if you use this team:

    - Change Mew for a Physicall Offensive set, with a Timid Nature without decreasing any defesnses. (shinygiratinaz suggestion)
    - Add a Fight Move to Bisharp and give more coverage (Wiso Altred suggestion)
    - Remove or Change Volcarona with a Roost Version (Wiso Altred suggestion)
    - Add a defoguer/spinner (The Unknown suggestion)
    - Cover team weakness to Thundurus (The Unknown suggestion)

the team it self overall is pretty good sub gyra is a geat tactic since theres alot of WOW users out there but yud have to be faster/already in sub for that tactic to work thats why sub isnt used much

now to volcrona isnt the best choice for OU yes if it setsup 2 Quiverdances its gona sweep but for starters it cant take a hit and bigroot isnt exacly a good item since igadrain is only used for watertypes and volcorna doesnt need HP stealing it nedds gaining roost is what iw ould suggest but keep giga drain if you want and maybe choose focus sash to avoid getting OHKOed?

Rotom -wash is decent the speed evs will give it the edge on some Pokémon and other rotom washes

BIsharp: not counting black glasses as its not such a good item having 3 dark moves in one set is pretty bad and bisharp needs at least one fighting type move so if you can replace pursuit sure pursuit gets those Pokémon who switch like latias but suckerpunch does a much better duty for Pokémon who use u-turn and voltswitch because they mostly do And if bisharp is sent out agnist a Ground/Azumarill/steel/Dark/Itself because most bisharps carry fighting type moves and choice band sucker punch bisharp(Iron head.Knockoff.Brickbreak) is pretty decent too but your set is good too im just suggesting anyway im not as expirnced as others

the rest of your team is pretty good the only thing that wuld take this team dwn is a special sweeper like greninja(given rotom wash has fainted)or even Kyrum black(given bisharp is defeated) or Talonflame(given rotom wash is down)) so if your faced with any of those three beware not to sacrfice and try to hold on to thier counters as much as u can

-this is just a suggestion take my advice or donot by my count you have better exprince and "every strategy is good unless proven otherwise"-me 18/12/2014

    So your changes could be..?

Bisharp: Remove Pursuit and put Low Kick/Another Fight move

Volcarona: Put Focus Sash or Replace Giga Drain with Roost.

    Were these, your suggestions?

I'm personally wondering why you have psyshock on mew when Zen headbutt seems to fit much better and would actually benefit from the small boost to its attack. I'm also wondering why you picked Gentle, reducing one of your defensive stats to boost another, when you could lower your special attack and raise your wanted defense instead.

That's really the only thing I see on this team that confuses me.

I think it's a good start for an offensive team, but I see some flaws. For one, Thundurus is a major threat to this team, as no Pokémon can really take its thunderbolt. Another flaw is your lack of defog/rapid spin support on your team, which is important for something like Volcarona to come in at full health and sweep a team. I would also advise not to use two setup sweepers on the same team as double dancers can distract one from the focus of their objective, which is to beat the team; in other words, you become dependent on using the set up move, when the opponent can take advantage of the set up by bringing in a check/counter, and leave you at a disadvantage. In order to fix this flaw, I would have a scarfed Pokémon or a Pokémon with priority in order to eliminate powerful, speedy threats that may come in to bully Volcarona or Gyarados. That way, you can ensure that Gyarados/Volcarona will have a chance to setup and sweep.

Well, I prevent Thundurus (prankster) because of the Thunder Wave that always disturbs around, usually searching an opportunity with volcarona to set up + Fiery Dance easily kills Thundurus and using Rotom-W as a status absorber always give good results, but yes this team is truly weak against Thundurus and his variants like Nasty Plot that easily destroys each member.

I like the spinner idea, but in that case you should suggest me what kind of defoguer/spinner this team needs.

Sounds like a good idea, I will test it :)

Guys, remember that you can edit this team as you wish, The truly goal of this Topic is tu use a team made by the competitive players and searching for new kinds of strategies.

I already know all the bases and coverages that a team needs, not for nothing I am a Competitive Mentor.

As I said, I want to work with you to build something and join us to make something togheder as competitive players, not only fight also work togheder and show the people that a competitive player is not only defeat other people.

You are free to use the final team or any of the variants that we will create as long as the Theards advance by the time.

I will be waiting for more suggestions and changes!

This looks like a very well built team. Personally, I would have mew run defog instead of knock off since bisharp already runs it, and I would watch out for manentric and scarfed magnezone. May want another Pokémon running a steel/poison move though, because when bisharp is gone, specs sylveon could come in and utterly destrow hawlucha and m-gyrados, leaving no more physical attackers on the team and having a special wall Pokémon stall it out until the end. But other that those few things, this looks like a very solid ou team that can compete quite effectively

Thank you, I already received these suggestions. But as I said, you can add them if you want to the team (if you are going to use it). Stallbreaker Mew needs Knock off to dissarm Chansey and since Stall is becoming Popular, I left it like that. Pretty cool analysis Blasion and in a short amount of time :D

Removing Volcarona to add a new member is allowed too, to add resistance to Volt-Turn Strategy or Magnezone, you can also take a risk playing with Mew since it has a pretty cool Special Defense. but as I said it is up to you the choice. It is a donation to thae players that could be searching to test a new kind of team or just doing practice on modifying teams ;)
