I knew that Beyond Good & Evil was considered Ubisoft's greatest video game among its critics and publication. However, unfortunately, despite its greatest critical reception, it it sold poorly in sales, making it commercial failure due to its ill-timed release and lack of popularity. So, I'm just wanting to know why you think that Beyond Good & Evil wasn't a popular video game? Please let me know, thanks.
Bad marketing and a highly competitive scene at the time doomed it to low sales. Its a cult classic, but given it released in late 2003, a year with a myriad of big titles in its holiday season, it just couldn't make a splash
I...don't? People liked Beyond Good and Evil, I just said no one bought it because of everything else coming out around it.
I don't understand what it means the highly competitive scene of the game, Beyond Good & Evil, the one that has lead to its poor sales?
