Reason for buying OR/AS?

Hoenn is my favorite region with its soundtrack and the variety of different Pokémon. Besides, I am a diehard Pokémon fan as well who can't wait to play a new Pokémon game! I want to experience the primal evolutions and all the different elements from previous gens play into the region. That's why I'm getting ORAS.

 

I'm getting it cause, yeah, I'm a diehard fan. Hoenn is also one of my favorite regions (somewhere up top with Kalos in its territory now) but Sapphire was actually my first game and Emerald was the first Pokémon game I had ever beaten so it has a nostalgic place in my heart. It doesn't hurt that the game comes out on my birthday either

 

It's a main-series Pokémon game. Self explanatory.

Also, Sapphire was my first game. I'm quite excited.

 

I'm buying Alpha Sapphire because I love the Pokémon games and because I was lucky enough to enjoy the originals when I was younger.

 

Because it's probably the last Pokémon game I'll ever buy. I'm not as interested in Pokémon as I used to and I don't play my games as much now :/ I still love them tho

Also for sentimental reasons, I guess. When I first got my Sapphire game, I made a promise to myself that if they ever make a RSE remake, that would be my last game (I thought it was impossible back then, heh)

 

Reason one: It's a Pokémon game, of course I'll buy it! I don't think I would've said no to any new game at all, no matter what it would be. I'm a pretty hardcore Pokémon fan for that matter.
Reason two: I love the Hoenn region! It has a volcano, a forest, a desert, a Sootopolis, and lots of water, something to love for everyone! Seriously, no matter what your preferences are, you'll most likely find it in Hoenn.
Reason three: A lot of my favorite Pokémon come from Hoenn, such as Absol, Mawile, Gardevoir and Milotic! Although I do hope that they'll make the Feebas hunt a bit more bearable...
Reason four: It comes with lots of new and epic features that X&Y didn't have, like the Contests and of course the return of Super Secret Bases! The Bases alone would've already convinced me of buying it.
Reason five: Have you even seen the update videos? OR/AS are going to crush X&Y graphically, it just looks so good! From all we've seen, the Hoenn remakes are like X&Y, but on steroids.
Reason six: Mega Evolutions, duh! How could you not want to have at least one of the new Megas on your team? Since these are all OR/AS exclusive, the only way to get them is by buying the games!
Reason seven: The storyline was already decent, but the previews showed us that they made it even better! More epic land versus water action, updated Team Magma and Team Aqua, and freaking Primal Evolutions for the main legendary Pokémon!

I played the original Sapphire and I loved the soundtrack. The storyline was decent and the reason is really cool too. So I think that's enough reasons to buy a remake

 

I'm a huge Pokémon fan and will not miss a single main series game.. it's also an added bonus that Hoenn is a favorite region of mine so I'm that much more excited to experience it. 8] My love for Pokémon's only growing stronger, there's no way I'd let myself miss out. Come on, November!

 

Two words: BRASS INSTRUMENTS!!!!! (Remember, it isn't all trumpets.)

Seriously, though, I have yet to find a main game I don't like, and ORAS look very promising. Plus, how can I back away from Hoenn's diverse environments in glorious 3D? *o*

 

My reason, I've repeated so many times, but it's mostly for the nostalgia and I get to see how they changed it over the years. With the new pokes added and my Infernape will finally set a foot in the 3rd gen games at long last!

 

Gen 3 was my first Pokémon game, and still is my favorite.

 

Gen III was pretty much my favorite generation, so of course I'm going to buy the remakes! All the beautiful places in 3D.... c:

 

I'll buy them because the Hoenn games will probably feel a lot more fun to do with all the advancements of the DS, like the physical/special split, Wi-Fi, and most likely even more things to do than the originals, which is appetizing.

 

Besides the simple answer that I always buy new Pokémon games I want it for the new Mega evolutions (as I competitive battle) and because its going to be the nostalgia trip of the century. Sapphire was my first Pokémon game.

 

It's Pokémon. I need no other reason. It's a brilliant game, it looks beautiful and overall can't wait to play it with all of my friends. It's gonna be a lot of fun, hype hype!

 

I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't. Hoenn was my first game and my favorite generation and to go day after day, knowing remakes exist without playing them, would drive me mad.

 

I always buy every main-series Pokémon game that comes out, so there's no way I'd miss out on this! Plus, Hoenn is one of my favorite games, plus probably my favorite region, along with having my favorite Pokémon in it. There's no reason why I wouldn't buy it, haha.

Hoenn is my favorite region, because originally it's what got me back into Pokémon after I left during Johto. I loved the games and the anime, so I'm definitely going to physically own at least one, if not both, of the remakes.
