I have to agree and go with Blue, but only because it has my favorite Pokémon as an exclusive in it. I don't care for Yellow at all, I find it gimmicky and it's basically the same game besides minor differences and new sprites.

 

Yellow, on my end. It's hilarious that you could beat his Dugtrio with any flying type in the game. Awesome. I also like the Pikachu idea.

 

Never. Yellow. Did it ever occur to Gary that maybe I wanted Eevee? I wanted Jolteon!

Anyways, I think my favorite would be Red. I love Arbok.

Yellow by far. It's really Red and Blue vs. Yellow the first two aren't hardly any different gameplay wise besides a few Pokémon. And in yellow you can get ALL 3 starters!!! it also has more story plots like Jessie and James. And not to mention better sprites and colors!

 

I'd have to go with Yellow. I love the fact that you get a Pikachu as a starter (also Pikachu is my favorite Pokémon next to Mew). I also love the fact that it follows you around on the field due to its dislike form being inside Pokeballs. Also, you can get all 3 starters from Red and Blue =).

 

Yellow it's the first game i got for the original Gameboy .w.
