Regarding Glitched Eggs and Wonder Trading

There have been a lot of posts around the internet about getting glitched Eggs from Wonder Trading, and I want to let everyone else know that there is very little danger in using the Wonder Trade system. From what I have gathered, the very few people who have gotten Mystery Eggs (not Bad Eggs, those are completely different) said they have shown up randomly in their PC boxes without trading or anything, and they multiply at random as well.

These eggs also will not hatch, and appear as normal eggs but with very weird stats, saying they were found in the Mystery Zone. Here is the only video I could find of someone explaining what happened with their game and the Mystery eggs, and a follow-up video they did after people had questions about the eggs.

You cannot Wonder Trade eggs, so you don't need to worry about getting these eggs from random trades. I personally have used Wonder Trade well over 600 times, and others have used it many more times with no consequences. It is possible that Mystery Eggs would appear after a trade, but if anything, that may be because of a glitch in the connection itself.

Nintendo has likely put anti-hacking measures out there to prevent hacked Pokémon from being traded, but I highly doubt they would make them turn into glitched eggs. If anything, they just won't allow the Pokémon to be traded at all over the internet, like they have in past games. I could be wrong about this, though, since there isn't much information about hacked Pokémon in XY yet.

Also, so far, the only way to trade eggs is a direct trade with a friend or passerby, so if you want to avoid getting a traded Mystery Egg, just don't accept random eggs from strangers.

Feel free to debunk this if you have proof of the eggs being a result of Wonder Trading, but until anyone has actual proof, I say there is nothing to worry about. If it was that game-breaking, Nintendo would have likely suspended Wonder Trading until they released a patch, but they haven't so much as mentioned it.
