Related Pokemon species

    In the real world, different plant and animal species are related to one another, sharing a common ancestor and being similar in some aspects. How about with Pokémon? Are there any species that you think would share an order, family, genus etc?
    A fairly simple example would be the 'pikaclones': Pikachu, Plusle, Minun, Pachirisu, Emolga and so on. They all share the electric type and have similar features, such as a small body size and cheek pouches for storing electricity. There must be some relation between such similar species!

    Not only are they both blue sharks but they both have a yellow marking on their foreheads.

    Alomomola and luvdisc. They share the same type of body style and color, which really makes you think if they are the evolution of one another.

    A lot of the regional Mons, like the regional birds, rodents, bugs etc. Also, yes... Luvdisk and Alomomola

    Milotic, Victini, and Sylveon as well. Sylveon has Victini's eyes, and Milotic's body color scheme.
