Im afraid you dont qualify for either medal, gettin' old medal is for an account a year old and starter poster is for those with 100 posts. You do qualify for the Birthday Bash medal though!

I can't award medals but I can answer your questions. Do your fanfics count for Topic Trainee? Yes; all topics made count. What's Hot Poster? An award that is no longer around. It was given to people who had a [HOT] topic (at least 30 replies) in certain forums; unfortunately the Q&A was one that didn't count. The award doesn't exist now. What about Valor Genius? That medal is given to people who have actually contributed an idea to the site and it's been implemented. The medal isn't awarded often, since new and interesting suggestions are hard to come by. There are always ways to give suggestions and feedback, though.
