Requesting Team Badge Redesign

This image is used as the Badge for Team New Hope in my Pokèmar fanfic. However, it now presents a problem of being too closely related to the earth Phoenix than anything in the Pokémon world. This would create a plot hole in my series. So, as my editing/artist skills suck, I turn to the ones who know how.

Here's what I need. I need this to more closely resemble a Moltres. Keep the same colors and the red gem in the center and the same basic style, but modify the appearance to resemble Moltres.
