Return of the Battle Frontier?

Ahh... The good ol' Battle Fronteir

I remember the first time I played it, but I never really thought it was something special.

Still don't, really. The only thing I will be exited for, though, is the Battle Factory. I love that place.

 

oh yes, the battle frontier! Good times. I still remember how I got my first symbol from the Battle Dome's Ace, Tucker. God it was hard @_@ lol. But yeah, the OR/AS should definetly have that back. Plus, it'll give you more things to do. =3

 

I loooooved it back in emerald and platinum. So much fun and so much to do, I really hope its back.

 

Since its a remake of Ruby and Sapphire, odds are we'll only get the return of the Battle Tower, but since we aren't getting a remake of Emerald, I'd say that it's also just as likely of a chance we'll get the entire Battle Frontier.

 

The battle frontier was probably one of my favorite things to do aftergame because of how it challenged you play in in different battle styles, and I think it inspired some of the types of competitive play we have now. I would be super excited to have this return, but I understand if it isn't. It's just that the battle frontier was a really fun way to pass the time.

 

I really hope the Battle Frontier returns, it was so much of a fun post game feature to play around with. With each of the seven battle areas, there was always a variety of challenges and fun battles to do. The battle frontier brains were also quite a fun challenge, as they were probably the most difficult trainers ever in a Pokémon game. So hopefully if they do return, they will still give a valiant effort in battle. There were also a great majority of shops and rooms where you could exchange BP for secret base accessories such as super cute plushies and other fun items. With the rooms, there are also a lot of move tutors as well, giving more of a variety for the movesets of all your Pokémon and just making battles more exciting overall. Hopefully this feature comes back though, and if it does, it will definitely be something to look forward too!

 

I don't really care about it, but it would be fun as an extra!

 

I've never actually played any Hoenn games so I don't know a lot about the story and the post game. I do know that the Battle Frontier was fun in Sinnoh though so hopefully it will be here and be fun in the remakes!

They tend to release more simple post-game on the first game of any given generation.
Chances of Frontier are high! It would be great to have a PWT-like system, too. (Specific-Type competitions, Gym Leaders Cup, Champions Cup, Etc.)

X really disaponted me with the single battle facility. (Battle Maison)
Also I HATE the subway bosses with a BURNING PASSION OF HATE. Me and my bro got shut down so many times by their unnaturally effective Pokémon (Psychic & Focus Blast Garbodor?!) And also Durant. Stupid, over powered Durant that Rock Slide-OHKO'd any counter. Also they looked like screwed-up Michael Jackson imitations.

 

If I remember, the emerald frontier had a dude with the three legendary birds, like holy crap that was a suprise.

So yeah, hope it's back.

I hope that it will. That was one of the best parts of Emerald for me, despite not being that good at it. Yet, even if it doesn't return, there's always Battle Tower, right?
