So, I've been working on obtaining a cosplay of Falkner for Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions and I thought "why not make one of Flakner's teams?" And I did and I realised why... So with some help from @[member='Bionic Puppy'] I came up with a Flying mono that is reasonable to obtain in ORAS and XY.
This team does not use legendaries because I have not checked the IVs on [3D='landorus'], [3D='thundurus'] or [3D='tornadus'], and I hate [3D='landorus-therian'] anyway.
Erik ([3D='crobat']) (M) @ Red Card or Focus Sash
    Ability: Infiltrator
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Dark Pulse
    - Air Slash
    - Nasty Plot
    - U-turn
Hmm, okay, looking at this, it will need work... My reasoning behind SpAttack Crobat is going to be evident later, as I only have one other SpAttacker. Air Slash because flinch chance and STAB, Dark Pulse because flinch chance and reasons. Nasty Plot just so it can possibly a sweeper. U-Turn because [3D='wynaut'] it's frail so if something comes to counter it before it's ready to sweep it can get the hell outta there. Also, Infiltrator on the off chance that the foe sets up a Light Screen. The reason I'm not sure on Red Card or Focus Sash is because I'm not sure how well his Hp will let him survive or not.
    Christina ([3D='aerodactyl-mega']) @ Aerodactylite
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Aqua Tail
    - Aerial Ace
    - Iron Head
    - Return
M-Aero is my favourite of the three flying type megas (although M-Pinsir would be good as well). I do NOT run Stone Edge or EQ because of its ability Tough Claws, as they are not boosted (like how I don't run CC on Infernape because Iron Fist). Aerial Ace is the only STAB move I can think of that doesn't suck [3D='voltorb']s. Aqua Tail because coverage, Iron Head because coverage, and Return because reasons. Not much esle to say, I'm never really satisfied with M-Aero's moves because the amount of coverage in it's overall movepool.
    Wendy ([3D='togekiss']) (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Aura Sphere
    - Air Slash
    - Grass Knot
    - Heal Bell
SpAttack Togekiss with some bulk and support capabilities. Air Slash because flinch [3D='haxorus'], Aura Sphere because Rock Type coverage, and Grass Knot because I don't know. I needed a bulky SpAttacker and Togekiss is so gosh dang cute and deadly at the same time. Also, Heal Bell in case anyone wants to paralyze, burn or poison me.

    Sky ([3D='skarmory']) (F) @ Shed Shell
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 248 HP / 236 Def / 24 Spe
    Impish Nature
    - Roar
    - Brave Bird
    - Roost
    - Defog

Flying monotype, rocks must die, simple as that. BB because just in case the opponent has taunt and so I can deal damage if I need to. Roar if someone decided setting up is a good idea. Roost because I need a heal. Defog because ROCKS MUST DIE (the sequel). Also, Shed Shell was suggested by Bionic for escaping [3D='magnezone']s and Sturdy is to keep it in for a round if it almost gets rekt.
    Ben ([3D='gliscor']) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
    EVs: 184 HP / 252 Atk / 72 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Swords Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Knock Off
    - Night Slash
Named after the now extinct Achromatic, Gliscor is my dedicated Critter (a Pokémon that specialises in dealing out critical hits to ruin any tank set up's day. In this case, Gliscor obtains both Cross Poison and Night Slash, both of which are high crit moves. EQ is a must for ruining people's day. Now, because I do not know how common Evolite [3D='chansey'] is in the metagame for the VG, but I'm sure there would be other opportunities as well for Knock off to be viable. However, if I do Swords Dance and get a set up, I could sweep teams pretty well (especially if Glicor decides to do what I feed him for and crit, unlike a certain [3D='drapion']). Hyper Cutter is for if I do decide to set up and if people try to Intimidate me.
    Pratt ([3D='staraptor']) (M) @ Choice Band
    Ability: Reckless
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Double-Edge
    - Brave Bird
    - U-turn
    - Close Combat
Staraptor is my favourtite flying type hands down, so [3D='wynaut']. Reckless is to boost both Double-Edge and Brave Bird, U-Turn is in case something decides it wants to try and defeat it, and Close Combat because screw rock types. I had to get over my allergy to Choice items for this one, solely because Bionic said I would need it to deal with another Pokémon that I have an even bigger allergy to, [3D='rotom-wash'].
So, what do you think. Do not say [3D='talonflame'] or [3D='landorus-therian'] because I don't like Talonflame at all and if you say the latter you probably didn't read the start. What I want is movesets, item ideas and so on. I will test this and then I will test your suggestion to see what I can do.
Also, if you have a problem with Crit-gor (*cough* Bionic *cough*) you can shove it up yo... Please suggest another flying type that is a viable critter and I will likely switch out another Pokémon with that, especially if it is a SpAttack critter.
    PS Item Clause.

    CritGor make me CriGor

Try roost over grass knot to make Togekiss a better cleric

It doesn't matter if you don't get tough claws, you need Stone Edge to be a really powerful STAB. Its stronger than areal ace With tough claws. Just like Charizard X has earthquake. Try stone-edge over Iron head and hone Claws so you hit stuff like Stone Edge and Aqua Tail without missing.

Try sludge bomb over Dark Pulse so you have a good secondary STAB that hits a lot of things for at least Neutral damage.

SD Gliscor is better ten the CritGo- *throws up*

Thats it ^_^ (I think) The others can sort everything else that I didn't notice out.

T-T Fine, Bionic wins... Only because I need knock off and there aren't any other decent flying type users that have it... Updated main post.

I could agree with Bionic's opinion. But it is in-game, you decide if you want Crit or Swords Dance. I mean, if you enjoy having luck and deal crits on battles, then pick the Crit but if you prefer (something common and repetitive in my opinion) you can always run the Swords Dance variant.

In-game strategies are not decided with competitive bases, at least not at all. In-game strategies are decided by you, no matter if you take 20 HP lesser using an strategy that you like. The point is on enjoying the game with your methods and the way that you prefer, and if someone has a problem with that... then you sing "Katy Perry - This is how we do"

This is how we do ♫♪

I don't really have the right to argue with Bionic or Xarn, as I rarely even have a close game against them (*cough*Quit memorizing my surprise setups*cough*). However, I know in game, Hariyama can run surf and still be effective, so not much is bad. I also know that online, having a less good/common setup can win battles. They see a Pokémon, assume its run a certain way, try and counter that specific way, and wham, they fail to counter it, as they don't expect it. Though, you would need to abuse that surprise, as once they know, it's easier to counter than the common setups. Bionic, leave Mixed Typhlosion out of any comment you may make in response to what I say.

I'll probably test out the Crit-gor online without Knock Off to see how badly I will need Knock Off, and if I don't get it I'm switch to standard SD-gor
