    Hey guys, this is my first RMT ever, so please bear with me (I may forget to explain team roles or whatever that's supposed to be mentioned). I would like to begin with an introduction to my team building.

    So, this team was made with the assistance of a helpful showdown player (I don't remember his/her name, but he/she isn't a member of LV). I really wanted to incorporate a Mega Gardevoir into my team because M-Gardevoir is amazing. It's a check to SO many Pokémon (it's crazy how many things it can check), and it deals a LOT of damage against annoying, defensive Pokémon like Rotom-W and Slowbro. Plus it looks like a pretty badass mega Pokémon!!!

    Anyways, M-Gardevoir pairs well with Bisharp as they cover each of their weaknesses and Bisharp is a freaking awesome attacker! A Gardevoir-Bisharp core is a great idea, and I wanted to build on that. So, let's get to the team!

    [3D='gardevoir-mega']
    Mega Gardevoir

    Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Psyshock
    - Hyper Voice
    - Taunt
    - Focus Blast

    This Set focuses on speed and power, allowing it to check and revenge kill both walls and attackers. Taunt stops the setup/recovery and allows me to have an advantage against stall, which would be very bothersome against my team. Hypervoice covers a whole lot by itself, while psyshock allows me to get through poison types like Mega-Venu, and Focus Blast is a nice coverage move for Tyranitar and Heatran (both of which M-Gardevoir lures).

    [3D='rotom-wash']
    Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Volt Switch
    - Hydro Pump
    - Rest

    Rotom-W is basically my stop for Talonflame aka BirdSpam. IT also covers many important types, like ground and fire, both of which are harmful to my team. Will-O-Wisp cripples attackers and allows for repetitive damage. Volt Switch provides a safe switch to my Pokémon, particularly M-Gardevoir and Bisharp, who need to survive long for the sake of my team. I chose rest/chesto berry over leftovers because it allows me to take a hard hit better and survive later on in the battle, and Hydro Pump is a hard hitting stab move.

    [3D='keldeo']
    Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Hydro Pump/HP Electric
    - Icy Wind/HP Ice
    - Scald/HP Electric
    - Secret Sword

    A fighting type fits nice with the Gardevoir/Bisharp core, so I decided to go with Keldeo. Specs makes it the hardest hitting of the three, and allows me to break through pesky walls, or gain momentum in a battle by forcing a switch.

    [3D='latias']
    Latias (F) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Defog
    - Healing Wish/Roost
    - Draco Meteor
    - Psyshock

    A defogger/rapid spinner is important to keep my team alive for as long as possible, and I will need to switch a lot. Latias, therefore, is a good option for my team. Draco and Psyshock are strong STAB moves that help me clean up, and Healing Wish allows me to fully heal a member of my core, if I need to.

    [3D='bisharp']
    Bisharp @ Leftovers
    Ability: Defiant
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Swords Dance
    - Iron Head
    - Knock Off
    - Sucker Punch

    Bisharp is a great attacker, so I thought, maybe I should add swords dance to it? And it works very well. Sucker Punch is a must for strong priority, knock off is another strong stab move, and iron head is also strong and for the fairies. Lefties allows me to stay alive longer (which is the downfall of life orb on Bisharp, it doesn't really last long). Some might say that I have healing wish, so life orb Bisharp might be okay to use. But, I still think it's better to keep the leftovers asj Bisharp is a hard hitter and it forces a lot of switches; if I added life orb to it, then people who switched out may be able to wear my bisharp out quickly, and I want to be able to take my time in setting it up and sweeping a team. It's hard for me to explain, but I guess another argument I can make is that my battle experience with Bisharp tells me that I need Bisharp longer on my team, and it's better to make the safe play than be sorry with a Bisharp that dies because of Life Orb recoil :/

    [3D='ferrothorn']
    Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
    Sassy Nature
    IVs: 0 Spe
    - Leech Seed
    - Gyro Ball
    - Stealth Rock
    - Protect

    Finally, Ferrothorn is my amazing bulky steel type that puts up rocks, scouts with protect, has a powerful stab move, and can recover more health with leech seed. It forms a great core with Latias and Rotom, as it covers steel, grass, and ice pretty well and those two cover fighting and fire pretty well.

    I will be updating my team whenever I feel like adding new info to my analysis, or if I really like an idea suggested by you guys.

    Feel free to give your feedback and suggestions for this team!

    EDIT: Surprisingly, Keldeo has failed to impress me. I'm thinking about adding a Talonflame to add extra attacking coverage for my team. The problem with this is that heatran will be able to check a lot of my Pokémon, so I may need to make some more adjustments. For now, though, I think I will change Keldeo specs to band Talonflame and see how that goes.

    Looking at your team, I'd have to agree that Talonflame would fit better. Overall, it fits your team better, given that it builds offensive power on your team, even in losing Keldeo.
    @[member="Xarn"] has a point in Conkeldurr being a status sponge, though it'd just be a little clunky for this team since it seems to be a faster-offensive type style. Talonflame is a great option you mentioned, and I agree with it. The rest of your team covers its weaknesses rather well, and Defog on Latias makes it all the better as it doesn't have to worry about Stealth Rocks.

    @[member="The Unknown"], the damage you lose from using Lefties Bisharp iis so insane that you probably don't want to use it. If you're REALLY afraid of Life Orb, might as well use BlackGlasses. They give you 1.2* damage to Dark-type moves, while making you look cool. (⌐■_■)

    Are you afraid of Heatran? Use SD-Natural Gift Talonflame. Stick a Salac Berry/Apicot Berry on it and destroy Heatran when it tries to wall you.

    Just wondering, what does Timid Garde outspeed that Modest doesn't? Modest hits a lot harder, and lets you just nuke everything. :3

    Rotom-W should have 44 Speed, 248 HP 216 Def. Just a minor nitpick

    That aside, you should test the team and post replays.

    Yup. >:D
    While we're at it, put a Choice Band on Ferrothorn and change the set to:

    [3D='ferrothorn']
    Ferrothorn @ Choice Band
    Ability: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
    Brave Nature
    IVs: 0 Spe
    - Power Whip
    - Gyro Ball
    - Knock Off
    - Bulldoze

    And give Rotom-W Choice Specs. >:D

    [3D='rotom-wash']

    Rotom-Wash @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 36 HP / 252 SpA / 220 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Hydro Pump
    - Volt Switch
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Trick

    JK don't do that
