Field Report Rockruff to Lycanroc (COMPLETE)

As you can probably guess by now, I'm gonna be spending a lot of time trying to Evolve some Pokémon to fill some blanks in the ValorDex.

Lets continue on with the Alola Trend by evolving a Rockruff!



Now my bet is that hes going to Evolve at Level 25 just like in the games. The question is though, what form would he evolve into? Midday, Midnight or Dusk. I assume its predetermined but Ill also check and see what time it is when I evolve him and see if this line has some cool and unique mechanic with that or not.

Rocky has evolved into a Lycanroc!



It appears I was right. Rockruff does evolve into Lycanroc at Level 25.

It also appears that time does not in fact affect the evolution. As you can see it is 2 am when Im writing this and he evolved into a Midday Lycanroc. Maybe Midday Lycanroc is the only form available or maybe the forms are predetermined even as a Rockruff. We need more evidence before we can make a proper conclusion.
