ROM Hack Sprites

ROM Hacks are notorious for their unique and differing styles of sprites in their games. In some ROM Hacks, the Pokémon sprites are Devamped or Revamped, as in older styled sprites are made new or newer sprites are made to look older. Some of the sprites fit in perfectly with the Hack, but sometimes they just don't seem to fit at all. Obviously stumbling upon a random Micheal Jackson sprite in a XY based GBA ROM Hack would be rather odd experience... What kind of sprites in ROM Hacks have you found to be intriguing? Was it well made, or did it not look like it was supposed to be in the game?

I've come across some well made sprites, and some that weren't well done at all... Pokémon Vega had fantastic Fakemon sprites, they loked lke they could belong in a real game! Here's an example of a Mewtwo NPC that battles you:

And of course, I've seen some really bad sprites haha. Some from Pokémon Snakewood are just....
