S-Sold them?! You FOOL!

I am planing to keep all of my Games and Consoles to my kids.
I have few reasons.

1. i am gonna save a long penny.
2. They will get good games and consoles
3. i can re-live my childhood with my kids.

And i just find it to be a warm taught

 

I've never traded in or sold any of my games or consoles. My brother though? Yes, he does and has, even behind my back on some we shared, which really made me mad. He didn't even share the money he got (not that it was that much). I plan on rebuying a PS2 since I still have the games.

 

Oh god, just the thought makes me cringe >.>

When I was getting money for my Vita a few months ago, I sold a rare Captain Falcon amiibo. I wanted my vita ASAP, so I jumped the gun and sold it for only 22 dollars. 22 dollars. If you look up prices now, he's impossible to find, and usually wanted for around $50-60. It's the ultimate facepalm.

I sell a bunch of other games, but I don't miss them very much, haha. I recently got rid of Fire Emblem: Awakening which was in great condition as a bundle with my old 3DS, but that's the only other small thing among this topic, haha.

 

I've traded in a load of older games, usually ps2 titles and old DS games, and sometimes PS3 games that I either finished or got through PS+ anyway. I usually do it due to peer pressure from my parents. They're not fond of the fact that two shelves in my room are full of consoles games, and keep nagging me to sell them on. :/

 

I've never really sold any games, this is probably because I am not actually the personal owner of most of games. Also, I do not plan on selling any of my games because of the future. Who knows if I will want to play them again?

 

Yeah...I kinda do this a lot when I can't afford new games I really want. I sold my Tomodachi Life game to a store, and I'm so worried that some random little kid got my game, with all these terrible songs, phrases and characters on it. The thought of it is pretty hilarious though.

 

I traded in Super Paper Mario once, and I have NO IDEA WHY I DID THAT. I LOVED that game. What's wrong with me?

Normally I just trade in or sell games I didn't really like, because I might as well have something I'm actually going to use, right?

 

I used to sell a lot of my old games when I was growing up. I never had a lot of money growing up as a kid, so the only way I ever got most of games I wanted growing up was by trading in old ones. Now that I have the job and money to buy games without trading stuff in, I tend to keep my old games. I still have quite a few old games from my childhood that I never traded in, on account that I loved playing them too much to be willing to part with them.

 

I tend to do this with games I know I won't miss, but there have been a few gems I wish I hadn't sold when I did.

Super Princess Peach and my beloved Pokémon Battle Revolution game are the ones that stand out to me... I miss playing them sooo much

 

Only games I ever remember selling were Sonic Unleashed (it was horrible anyway), and a few wrestling games since I haven't been into wrestling for years now.

Oh, I think I sold Mario Party 2 back in the day for Donkey Kong 64. Love both those games, but still kinda regretted giving up MP2. It's okay though, because I've had the game on Wii VC for the past few years now.

I'm a lot more stubborn about selling or trading games now, even if they're mediocre or bad games, because no matter where I go (even craigslist) I know I won't get a decent deal off them. Call me greedy, but hey...

 

My family hoards our games forever. Even if we don't play them anymore, nothing ever happens to them unless they're given to younger cousins or something. We actually have a stack of video games that are meant to be sold/turned in, but they're just gathering dust in the basement.

 

I never sell my games. I just have too many memories to sell them away. I'm kind of a hoarder so I keep all of my games and lose them somewhere in the house. Of course, they gather up dust, but I'd rather have them do that then have someone erase my memories to start a new adventure.

 

My kids will live on with my legacy~
I'd never sell a game, unless I was in a condition where I woudn't survive. But I would never sell my Tales of Series collection. It's to precious to me~!

 

A few months ago I sold maybe three or four games that I never ever play anymore, and that don't really hold any special significance to me. I keep games that I have memories with, but ones that aren't as memorable I have no qualms with selling.
