I had a plot idea for a Pokémon story.


When James was just a lad, his wealthy neighborhood didn't have many children his age but there was one who you could always find him playing with. The young tot with green hair was a nice distraction for James as they went on adventures any preschooler would go on with his dear companion Growly the Growlithe. One day though, some shady figures came up to the little boys and KIDNAPPED James' friend! Nothing was heard for years, and in his adult years James wondered if he'd just made up his childhood friend....until Team Rocket is challenged by Team Vermin!

The city they've entered is run by a ruthless gang of humans and Pokémon, Team Vermin's members consist of abandoned Pokémon, unwanted Pokémon, and humans from all kinds of poor backgrounds, their leader is a man named Cash with his loyal Haunter. When the two confront one another, James feels a spark of familiarity. Is Cash his long lost friend?! If he is, why doesn't he remember?!
