Seeds of Summer Fiesta

Summer is almost over, and with the plants beginning to die off, certain types of seeds have started appearing around the Lake. What could they be, and what are they for? It's time for us all to find out!

Task - Catch 500 Seeds Total

Two types of Seed have started appearing and we need you to catch... 500?! It might sound like a lot, but don't worry! You have until October 1st to complete this task, and you can all do it collectively. You don't have to catch 500 each, we're not monsters.

We don't know what these seeds yet do, but we feel that if you catch a LOT of them, good things will start to happen. There are some excellent bonuses at hand here, people...

Seed Goals

Catch 100 Seeds Total
Seeds will be able to grow into something exciting starting October 1st.

Catch 250 Seeds Total
Rare Ghost, Dark & Psychic Pokémon will appear more commonly starting October 1st.

Catch 500 Seeds Total
A brand new Legendary Pokémon will appear this October, before it retreats into a Legendary Egg in November.
Honedge, Espurr, Inkay, and all of their evolutions will become available.

Catch Those Seeds

The hunt starts now and lasts until October 1st. You need to catch a total of 500 Seeds to unlock all bonuses. It's a lot, but we feel if you all work together, share PokéPoints and work hard, you can do it. We believe in you!

Post here to report how many seeds you've gathered. You will likely want to edit your post at the end of each day with your total amount. Do not double post, please!

They do not. The only reason why there are more than two is so that they're easier to find - imagine trying to find them amongst the hundreds of already existing Pokémon. Adding multiple makes them slightly easier to find.
