Shinies

Shiny charm is paying off it seems. Today I found three shinies. I have been playing for over 8 hours total today, but still. I got me a shiny Sigilyph, Barbaracle and Tyrogue which has become Hitmonchan. Currently hunting for a shiny Meditite.

Edit: make that four shinies, cause I just found another Tyrogue which is now Hitmonlee. Nice.

 

I am hatching eggs hoping to find a shiny and so far nothing.

 

After many, many hours of searching (and encountering 5 shiny fucking Volbeats in the search), I finally found one of my dream shinies- shiny female Combee! I've loved Vespiquen for a while, and it's been on my shiny hunting list for a long time.

I'm so happy to have finally found her, she's so gorgeous aaaaa

Found another shiny today in the same Safari, and it was Sawk. I'm still going to be hunting here though until I find that Adamant shiny Meditite.

Started off as Pancham, Magneton and Metang. So happy to have got these three suckers. Along the way I found another two shiny Magneton. Really happy I got Metagross though as I spent ages searching for it.

 

I got another one of my dream shinies! I've been hunting this one on and off for the past few months, and I finally encountered it this morning (first encounter after turning the game on, too).

Yes, I finally got my shiny Shuckle! He's not perfect in terms of stats, but he has a great nature and he's adorable to boot. I may end up using him in the future, we'll see!

I was hunting for a shiny Sneasel in a Friend Safari with just Sneasel and Nuzleaf...
Guess what happened -_-

 

To be honest, a shiny is a shiny. Might not have been the one you were looking for, but if you keep trying you'll get it. I hope you won't end up like me, with three of the same shiny on the same day or like Del with five of the same shiny on the same day.

 

I recently traded my Shiny Lapras I had caught a while ago for a Shiny Charizard. I've been wanting one for a while and this one has perfect Sp. Atk so its great for Mega Charizard Y.

Plus, you could just trade that shiny nuzleaf to me prtty pleeezzz!?(Nah, I'm just joking, xD.), for another shiny you want.

And also once I found 2 shiny pikachu on my hunt for Dedenne. Bad thing is that they're both female, so I can't get both of the shiny dex entries, but the good thing is one of them was caught with a Light Ball. q uq

Also, yes, I did get the Dedenne. I just want to grab him out of the card and pinch his little cheeks, xD. (even though i cant do this according to amie logics)

 

I just got my first successful Masuda Method shiny in X! I got a Japanese Treecko off the GTS and figured since I was planning on breeding for a good one anyway that I would try and get a shiny one, and not even 100 eggs later, this guy appeared!



I'm super happy about this, Treecko is one of my favorite shiny starters, I can't wait to train him!

 

Wooo! Finally bred a shiny Houndour! I started up Y this morning and he was the 3rd egg I hatched . (But 240th overall)

His stats aren't great, but I'm okay with that. Can't wait to see shiny Mega Houndoom!

 

I feel like I just melted into a pile of goo. ;-;

I have 1170 Torchic eggs hatched and STILL nothing and you're able to get a shiny Treecko in under 100 eggs. WHY DOES THE RNG DESPISE ME.

OH COME ON!

 

Just caught a Shiny Mawile!!!! Hell yeah! HGonna post a pic!!

 

I hatched thousands upon thousands of eggs looking for a shiny Froakie and never hatched one, so I consider Treecko to be an apology of sorts from the game, haha. It is all about luck in the end, though, so hopefully you find one soon!

 

Just got a shiny Dedenne, after 170+ encounters. A nice gift after a rough week of school.

 

I just found my 80th wild shiny Pokémon in XY, and it was a gorgeous shiny Ponyta! I already caught one of these a while back, but I traded it to a friend, so it's nice to have one for myself.

I'm glad I encountered him at night, the blue flames look almost ghostly in the dark lighting.



Edit: I just found a shiny Pawniard while watching some videos! It looks really cool- I seem to have been getting a lot of blue shinies lately, haha.

 

I caught my second shiny yesterday in Friend Safari (my first was a shiny Poliwhirl which I sent to Wonder Trade), and its a shiny I know I will use, a shiny Luxio - its a surprise I was not expecting. Love it.

Found Seviper and Cacturne recently! Seviper took some time to find but Cacturne was the very first encounter in that Safari. I was so shocked when it appeared, almost gave me a heart attack. I'll post pics of them next time I find a shiny, so I can compile them in to one image.
