    I figured that the game should be mentioned around here, since it is such a masterpiece (if you ask me, that is)

    For those that don't know, Shovel Knight is an 8-Bit platforming game based around the character Shovel Knight (surprise, surprise). The idea of using a shovel for a weapon sounds goofy, but how they got it working as a true game mechanic (digging appearing a lot) makes me think... why did nobody think of this before?

    The entire game is designed 8-bit: the music, the graphics, everything. And it's soooo good.

    So, are there any other Shovel Knight fans here?

    I've seen a few videos about Shovel Knight lately, and it looks really cool! I'm quite the fan of this type of games, so I really hope that I'll get the opportunity to play it some time :D
