    I prefer Devon, because while a Master Ball is a pretty sweet invention, the PokeNav is much better, in my opinion. Not to mention the brilliant upgrades it got in ORAS.

    SIlph Co. is bigger, better, and had/has more of a story behind it. SIlph was treated as one of the major "dungeons" in R/B and was fun to navigate the whole place. Devon is just three floors of virtually nothing.

    I really liked Silph Co. more ,I really liked the (masterball) way that they tied into the story and stuff as well as having a massive building I could chill in all day
