How good are your sleeping habits? In other words, do you sleep the correct length? Are you still on your electronics late at night? How often do you have to change your internal clock to sleep at a different time? Are you the type to take several cat naps through out the day? Are you an insomniac? How do you feel usually when waking up?

Well, here's a bit of backstory when it comes to me and sleeping.

Back when I was in middle school - high school, classes started at exactly 7:42 AM in high school (Not so sure about middle school, but that's not important.) My sister made me go to sleep at 10 PM during middle school, and 11 PM during high school (I had to be at the bus stop by roughly 7 AM every day.) So by all that logic, I had to wake up at 6:15 every single day through my four torturous years of high school. I already had a slight case of insomnia which made me stay up past midnight every so often, which obviously made me tired, which obviously made me sleep during some classes.

My insomnia grew after school was over & since I usually didn't have anything to do the next morning, I stayed up all hours of the night. Simply put, my sleep schedule slipped away & what used to be me getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep each night when I was in school turned into me getting one hour less than half of that, which results in be being very tired.

End story: Me and sleep clash quite a lot. n_n

I usually sleep good and sound. Unless I get too excited or nervous, but then I use lavender oil on my pillow to soothe me enough to fall asleep. I'm naturally an early bird and my internal alarm clock wakes me up 6:30 to 7 am when I don't get up about 5.

Because I wake up early, I get tired about 9-10 and am in bed by 10:30.

I sleep with my eyes closed :P
I don't wake up in the middle of the night a lot, but I do know that I shift positions a lot. Whenever I don't have school/some form of work, I tend to wake up around 0730 and I never take naps cause I find sleep to be rather boring :P

I find sleep a sport that I gotta practice all times of the day 1st period in school on it, during breaks that'll be every few days, during a test whelp unfortunately a few times, and at night well uh yah still working on that! To be honest I try to get good sleeps falling asleep around 10ish when I do and waking up to my 2 alarm clocks at 6:00. I rarely get good enough sleep to be energetic in the morning in any which way. Now that I said that its kinda ironic its 6:40ish atm and I am only typing right now to stimulate my brain or whatever to prepare for some tests today (Think its the SATs) anywho good sleeping out there!

For much of the past year, I had a five-days-per-week job and no classes to take. The nice part of that was that I could easily have a constant sleep schedule: I could wake up at 6:00 AM every day, have my coffee and watch the sunrise, and get into a nice 24-hour groove.

These days, though, my schedule does not permit that. Two days per week, I have work that lasts until just after midnight. Combine that with the commute home, eating when I get home, and actually falling asleep, I'm sometimes not fully tucked away until 3 AM. On my class day, though, I need to be up at 8AM. Do you see the problem here? I can't possible sleep the same healthy span every evening. I tried a 28/6 sleep schedule, but I can't make it function around my school and work needs. So lately, all I do is sleep whenever I can and hope I can coffee myself through 14-hour work or school days on maybe minimal sleep if "sleep whenever I can" doesn't work nicely for that work/school day, like if I've been awake for 12 hours already and need to be up for another 14. It sucks sometimes.

    Really? Me too! :D

I get at least 5 hours of sleep every day, but it's more than that most of the time. I always go to sleep at around 12 PM (I'm actually afraid I won't be able to sleep if I go to bed sooner than that), but I always end up lying in my bed for about twenty more minutes before I finally fall asleep (you know, puberty does that too, but it's also because of technology). I usually have to wake up at 6:45 AM in the morning on a regular school day, but my mum lets me sleep to 9:30 AM in the weekends and on my day off. Yes, my mum drags me out of bed as soon as she finds I've slept long enough >_>

Sleeping. Schedule? Sounds...mythical. I wish I had one. Tried to stick to one last year that surely lasted huh.
    *Slept at 3.30am last night*
*Stayed up browsing tumblr whilst listening to Zebrahead*
    As you do.
I would like to start going to bed at like 11pm or 12am, though.

I go to sleep around midnight and wake up at 6 am to turn my alarm off before getting up at 7 am (The extra hour of sleep is pure heaven) I have to be at college by 9 am and I leave at 8 am. So I have an hour to do all that I need to do.

I honestly consider my sleeping habits to be...really good for a high school student. I usually get to bed at 11:30-12 and wake up at 7:45. It's really just because I'd find myself falling asleep in Algebra last year and I decided to just sleep more. It's worked. Or maybe it was just algebra.

I say I sleep at pretty good times, depending if I'm not distracted by the computer. I certainly get enough sleep though. 8 hours of sleep is A-ok!
Though I do sleep at 5 pm sometimes and end up waking up in the middle of the night, but you can't win them all.

My sleeping habits such tbh, especially since I've joined LV and stayed up until about 1:00 every night. It kind of sucks considering the fact that I wake up at 6:00. To make up for lost sleeping time, I used to just sleep during math class, since it was a boring class anyways. Essentially, my sleeping habits suck because I stay up 3 hours after my bedtime on my computer and playing video games. I think it's a worthy sacrifice for now, but of course there are many times that I've regretted it. Although I love staying up late, I hate sleeping in a lot and I hate taking naps, which is odd since I take one just about every day ewe.

I sleep normally when my exams are not there. Without exams i sleep 11:00 pm and wake up at 6:00am ( because my school opens at 7:30am and i have to go riding a bicycle).
When there are exams i sleep at 12:00pm because i have to study and wake up at 4:00 am. I dont know why, but when exams comes it like study, study and study and then i dont take care for my sleep. I dont take naps so often.
