    This free online MOBA was just released recently and I was wondering if anyone has played this.

    I have played Smite while it was in beta for more than a year, and it was awesome. As it went on I found that character balancing was all over the place and it just became broken. It is much better now, but there are a few things that can be worked on.

    MOBA= Multiplayer Online Battle Arena. It's like DOTA and LoL, but Smite has a 3rd person camera so it's not "point and click" like DOTA and LoL

    I have had heard about this many times. No. Jesus is not playable. Mythical gods like Ra, Sun Wukong, Zeus, Kali and Hun Batz are playable.

    If gods like Jesus, Buddha, Confucius and the like were in the game, the game would probably get sued and taken down because it can be seen as "offensive."

    So they imply that every god isn't mythical?

    I'll play when I can play as Jesus, shooting laser beams from the holes in his hands and throwing his crown of thorns like a chakram.

    They'll never include Jesus as a playable character, for obvious reasons. Besides, I'd rather play as one of the great greek gods, than the one who... Got crucified?

    Okay, you've probably just offended any Hindus on this website. Technically the game has almost been sued already because of Kali.


    They need Japanese Gods, like Susano'o or Amateratsu. Seriously, bring them in Hi-Rez. I don't think they will ever bring in Jesus, no matter how many people want Jesus in the game, because it will definitely be found offensive by some people. It is still an awesome game though, even if I still suck at it. It is better that LoL in my opinion, only because I like to be able to move while I'm attacking.

    I like how GameTheory covered the Kali incident, but I wouldn't include any god like Jesus, Buddha, etc. People get pissed off easily, and, based on their historical descriptions. they would be invincible. Well, if your talking Post-resurrection Jesus, but the point still stands lol
