Have you ever started listening to a song that was super great at the beginning, but turned into a just mediocre piece overall? Or even became downright disappointing after the first part? Share them here, for the rest of us to be also dissapointed lol

Personally the song Delete by Aviators is the biggest one I've heard in terms of strong starts and dissapointing follow through. I mean, just listen to the beginning thrityish seconds. It's pretty intense and upbeat and then the vocals start and it looses all of that. .-.

For me the number one is "Astral Plane" by Ecstataic Vision. It starts in a really super-chill almost trancelike state with an occasional filtered guitar solo or saxophone in there. Then, around 5 minutes in (it's a 12-minute song), this strung-out sounding singer starts coming in and out singing words that sound like something a heroin addict might say to the voices in his own head, ruining the entire experience.

Give that guy the boot and let the rest of the band keep doing what they're doing. For real, this would be one of my favorite songs if not for him.

Scroll down in this article if you want to give it a try, there's a SouldCloud link after the first paragraph.
