How well can you handle spicy foods? Do you enjoy spicy foods?? Have you ever had any bad experiences with spicy food? What type of spice do you like (mint, cinnamon, peppers, etc.)? What's the hottest thing you've ever tried?

I've been decent with heat. I like it though it's enjoyable. Adds a nice addition to the food. I can taste usually a jalapeno. Though I love ghost peppers in my ramen

I love spicy, and I always welcome to it. But first, something regarding spicy food. I don't know what it is, but I find that most jalapenos that I eat are absolutely wimpy and not hot at all. I find a mouthful of Tabasco sauce to be far more spicy from my experience, and I put Tabasco on a lot of different things. I haven't tried anything "hotter" than a jalapeno in terms of peppers, although I definitely feel that I could and would enjoy it, as my mouth has built up a nice resistance to spicy. There isn't any particular spice that I like adding to foods, but I do love tabasco sauce, as previously stated. ^_^

I can't handle anything hotter than a bowl of your standard restaurant salsa--I know I've had enough when my nose starts to run

I really like spicy foods, the thing is, I can't handle it. My nose will run and my tongue will swell. The spiciest thing I could go up to eating red chili peppers.
Personally, the spice I use the most is cumin. It adds delicious flavor to my baked fries.

My mouth can handle spicy food but my stomach can't. I get pretty bad heart burn, especially if it's like Chili.

I can't handle spicy things. I like them but whenever i eat them i need to drink 3-4 glasses of water or sometimes suger. Although it causes this much trouble to me, i really like eating spicy foods.

It's funny that my name is Curry, but in all honesty, I can't handle spicy things. I can handle things like hot wings and those sorts of spicy foods but most for the most part, especially with curry, I can't handle it and I'm not a big fan of spicy food because of it.

I love spicy, but I can't handle it at all. On a scale of 1-10 I would probably be a 4. My dad can handle all the spice though. No matter were we go, he always gets the most amount of spice and sometimes adds sriracha onto that.

It's only really been recently that I've grown a love for spice but damn do I love it. I've never experienced any heartburn, stomach aches or runny noses from heat myself, but more that throaty burn sensation. Even so, it's 9 times outta 10 worth it because really, the flavour is often exquisite! Gimme some spicy noodles and honestly you'll become my best friend. Spicy noodles are amazing

I like some spice, but too much spice is not fun especially if it drowns out the taste of the foodd.
Tastefully spiced is great but not too much. Gimmie that spicy sausage dip tho

Pretty darn well! Spicy foods are some of my favourite so it'd suck if I wasn't able to enjoy them to the full extent, haha.

It really depends on the spice, as there are certain foods that don't agree with me at all, no matter their spice level. Overall, though, I have a decent tolerance to spice, and as long as the food has good flavor to it along with the spiciness, then it's good for me! I dislike food that is spicy just for the sake of being spicy- if it has no flavor and just a mouthful of spice, that's not very fun for me to eat and will probably just end up making me ill.

Y'know, I used to think I couldn't handle spicy/hot stuff other than cinnamon. But then my parents and I went to an Indian restaurant a couple years ago for a Christmas Eve dinner and I found I really loved the spicy dish I had. I think it depends on what the spices are mixed with, 'cause some ingredients dilute the spiciness while some really bring it out.

I can handle spicy stuff just fine most of the time. As long as the food has some other different flavours mixed in (salty, sweet) like soup noodle broth. I like red chilli because a lot of the local dishes here either uses red or green chilli with some rice, so I'm used to it.
