I'm still waiting for the eventual Ace Attorney 7 on the Switch. I suppose that's all I have connected to the franchise right now. I'm steadily replaying through the old ones, as I do about a couple of times per year, just to remind me of the experience and to keep it fresh and exciting. I probably should play all the titles, just for the sake of being complete since they're all out right now - I'm just not looking forward to replaying Dual Destinies, but maybe I'll be able to view the game in a new light.
Impatiently waiting for the first news on AA7 as well. At least a second season for the anime was just confirmed, which is dope. Here's to hoping it's better than S1! Dual Destinies certainly falls to the weaker side of the series, but I still thought the game was pretty enjoyable. The first case was awesome, and I actually enjoyed case 3 as well. The final twists... not so much, I'll admit.
There's not a single AA game that I've disliked, or even felt lukewarm about. Just wish we could get AAI2 and DGS in the West...
Honestly, with how good the fan translation is, I doubt it'll happen... It would be weird too, since they would inevitably use different names as well, so you'd suddenly have to change all those names in your mind. I agree though, it's one of the best games in the franchise.
I am really hoping to get an AA7 on the Switch within the next two years or so. Spirits of Justice was really good, and I want Apollo and Trucy to meet their mother finally
As much as I would like to see that, I also want them to leave Apollo in Khura'in for the next game. His saga is complete now, and he has his own things to do. I think putting Apollo in another game would just be taking up precious space. On a related note, should I add a spoiler tag to this thread so people are warned in advance?
Probably. Such as in the case of: Spoiler I know that AA6's ending left that as a teaser, but so did AA4's and I have no idea if it will ever go anywhere. Also, if you want to be really technical about it, they already have met their own mother - just no party was aware of the fact.
