@Sugar Ash carefully set the metronome to 120 beats per minute. "Okay--this is our starting point." he explained as the metronome ticked.
Sophie curiously eyed the metronome ticking back and forth before composing herself. "Alright, I'm ready whenever you are"
Sophie needed to do a little slide step to keep up, but everything was fine after that. "Not a problem." She said confidently.
A slight bit of a struggle for Sophie, but she somehow managed to keep up. She was plenty confident now. "Still feeling good."
Sophie's stumbles became much more apparent on this tempo. She had a little bit of trouble keeping up, which may mean she might be approaching her upper limit.
@Sugar "Let's give 160 beats per minute a try." With that, Ash nudged the metronome up a little more.
Sophie completely hit bottom here. She slipped from the get-go and couldn't really recover in time to keep up with the tempo. "Alright, I think 160 is too high for me." It went so bad, Sophie needed help getting up cause her legs were so crossed up.
@Sugar Ash helped Sophie up and looked her over for injuries. "Is everything okay? Does anything hurt at all?"
Sophie was holding her left ankle in a little bit of pain. "I think I may have twisted or sprained my ankle back there, but I'm not so sure." She replied. Both were possible cause on her first step, her leg went in a way it wasn't supposed to.
@Sugar "Powershock to medical bay, we have a student down...." Ash was already radioing the medical bay to come assess the injury.
"Yeesh, talk about not playing any games around here." Sophie pondered just how bad her ankle was twisted, not wanting to look right now.
(It looks pretty bad. Looks like Sophie's ankle turned 90 degees when she tried to catch herself from falling.)
Nurse Joy and the Chansies go to work as Sophie arrived. [What a horrible sprain!] one Chansey commented. "Let's get some ice on that, right away." Nurse Joy suggests.
Sophie had a clear look of pain on her face and you could hear it in her voice too. "I have no idea how it happened." She said, wincing a bit. "That's how I always used to catch myself from falling. Do you have any idea what may have happened?"
