I mentioned this in a status update, and now, at the suggestion of Potatrobot and Gary Oak, Im writing down the events of this odd story here. I wasnt sure if there was a better place to put this, so this was my safe bet.

The original post; "Something odd just happened to me in Soul Silver. I brought my Raichu and a Pikachu I caught to the daycare center to get a Volt tackle Pichu. When I picked up the egg, the daycare man said ".. I dont believe we will be finding another one." "No, no. I'm sure we'll find another one. I'm deffinately sure of it!" ... Is this normal, or am I in a Creepypasta?"

Moments later, I relized 3 things; The new Pikachu that was surving as the father had gone up 4 levels in a matter of moments in the daycare, the egg only took afew steps to show up, and right before I transfered it to my HG for my playthrough (which I am already 6 badges into), I noticed it was already close to hatching. I had only walked from the daycare to the goldenrod center!

5/10. 12:29 AM: Despite saying its close to hatching, I have carried it from Olivine to Cinawood and back and it still hasnt hatched.
5/10 12:32 AM: Strike that last statement, she hatched on the way back to Ekruteak. Nicknamed her Amy for no real reason. She has a relaxed nature and is 'Thoroughly cunning'. Nothing seems too off about her. At possible risk to myself, I am teaching her Iron Tail. :P

I am turning and talking to her. She is pretty high-spirited, doing alot of 'happy' things when I talk to her. I havnt actually seen a Pokémon do this before, and I may be reading too much into things, but is a new Pokémon supposed to be so loving to a new trainer?
