Another steam sale is open us! Steam sales have some incredible deals, and this time around is no exception! Do you participate in steam sales? What have you bought recently? I have bought anything yet this year, but I'm for sure getting Undertale and some retro Sonic games! I'm also looking into the Arkham games and Final Fantasy titles.
Noooo... my poor wallet. I just got my paycheck deposited too! Steam sales are literally the only time I buy PC games, as a matter of principle. I will not pay $60 for a PC game when I know I'll be able to buy that game and all of its DLC for as low as $20 when it's on sale in a few years. Even if something is normally $5, I'll wait for it to hit $2.50 before shelling out that precious fraction-of-an-hour of paycheck. Time to see if I can load up my steamapp and make some wise purchases! Thanks for the reminder.
My computer isn't good enough to play many games anymore, but sometimes I'll grab a few games just to have them for when I eventually update to a new computer. I haven't been on steam in a while though. The new Epic Games shop looks promising and they're giving away free games all year, starting with Subnautica currently, so I think I might just end up switching to that. Give Steam some much needed competition.
I haven't bought anything from a Steam sale in a long time, I haven't even logged on for ages and since I don't have money for anything right now I won't even look at the same or I'll just regret looking later.
I have a backlog of something like 200 Steam games...I am trying with all my might to resist this sale. I feel like I'm trying to resist the Borg. 25 of my wishlisted games are on sale. Steam was "kind" enough to tell me this is an e-mail. I'm going to cave. It's just a question of when, how much, and on what.
I actually haven't played a game on Steam in aaaages. May consider picking up Binding of Isaac Rebirth again since I loved that series despite how hard it was, but it's already difficult enough keeping up with my phone games and MMOs haha. So I have very little time to consider Steam ; ; Never participated in a sale from what I can remember either, and my total number of games is maybe....15 or so? Half of them don't even work for Mac either and were from my time having Windows OS. ):
Steam sales are always full of great deals, but I never get anything because I find playing games on computers to be very uncomfortable. If only the Eshop and PlayStation store had sales that were as good.
the sales are always dangerous for my brother cause he always finds something that he likes and buys a lot of games when he finds a good deal for them, but I just try to avoid looking around during sales so that I won't buy things as often.
I don't have Steam, so I'm mostly unaffected by them. However, I've already seen some pretty good deals that have made me consider getting Steam, to enlargen my game library. Probably won't do it though, as my Pc is not the best concerning resolution etc...
