Strange things you've heard people say?

The other week the janitor at my school was sitting by himself && randomly yelled "I gotta go worship the snow gods!!" He's strange, he says a lot of odd things && never talks to anyone. Another time he'd passed by me && grumbled "It's another day in paradise." Who knew if he actually meant it.

 

Ben, pretty much anything you say in the Skype chat qualifies as this. XD Same with Satix too.

Like berating people for wearing socks and sandals, haha.

 

Someone at my school once said they didn't understand "how rain fell from the sky" and that it was "magic we'd never figure out."

I'm in high school.

 

This scared the living crap out of me. So the other day, I went into a Brusters to get some ice cream, and outside there was this 3 year old kid and his mom sitting on the picnic tables outside. The kid walks up to me and says, "Hi there mister!". Being me I say hi back and then this kid says.... this out of all things a child could say he says this, "I know when you die." I walked away from him and got my ice cream and had my friend drive me away from there as fast as possible

 

when my friend was talking about grapefruit and im like what? "Grapefruit?" I never eat them before xD So he started talking with //throws grapefruits at you and im like o dang

 

Mom has these weird sayings lol
like "always something to keep a rabbits tail short"

 

It wasn't long ago when I stepped outside to check the mail (it was dark) and some guy, who I couldn't quite see, came riding by me on a bicycle spewing all these curse words at himself, most of which I couldn't make out. By the tone and rate he was talking, I do believe he was under the influence of a drug.

 

"What if we don't have parents and we were cloned from the DNA of another person?" - Kid in my class asking about a family-tree assignment.
"You shall welcome your Shrek ogre-lord with open arms or you shall pay." - same kid
"Oh no! It's all ogre now!" - Kid's friend.

 

A friend of mine says the most random of things to me every day. In fact, just today during lunch, he came to the table I sit in and said: "Corn can't be digested." then left.

 

Overheard at my school:
"He thinks my sister is hot!"
"No I said she's scrumptious."

"Sprinklers don't work like that."

 

Well a strong majority of status updates qualify as strange

Anyways... I've once heard "wait, London's not a country?"

 

"Hahaha, why would you watch a documentary on the Titanic?? it wasn't even a real thing!"

I don't know if that's more weird or stupid, but it weirded me out when I heard it.

 

I guess what I overheard today whilst on the way to a news agent shop qualifies;

"I need ten plates to do that."

What kind of plates did he mean? Ceramic? Metal plates? Guess we'll never truly know...

 

SOCKS AND SANDALS. I STILL DON'T.


Anyhow, one of the strange things someone has said that I have heard was when one of my besties hugged me and whispered in my ear, "Your hair tastes delicious today." Yeah, one way to creep someone out!

 

Someone came up behind me at a convention one time, and was all "You smell delicious".

We've been friends for over a year now, but it's still one of the weirder things that I've heard.

 

Well, I've heard weird things, and these are the best of the best.
"Do you have an Air Conditioner in there?"
"Are you hot in there?"

 

"And I'm proud, you know I love eating bird food."
"I love meditating while I go to poop, it's good for the soul."
Those were both by the same person, by the way...

Things like this come out of my mouth all the time. It's very rare that someone will say something stranger than me. Of course, people think that I am strange for saying those things, causing me to respond with a shrug and a "What?"

Not like I blame them, of course. They are actually correct.
So, unfortunately, I don't have any quotes from anyone that were stranger than mine. ...Yet.
