If you ever are very stressed/angry, try building something on minecraft and you will feel better almost immediately. Just a few things to keep in mind:
    1. Use creative mode so stressful things like a lack of resources or creepers stay away.
    2. TNT rampaging is not the same thing as building- it might help, but its not the same.
    3. This method works much better than SingNatures ever will XD

If you cannot use minecraft, then perhaps SingNatures could be your fallback option XD

    EVERYTHING

    YOU CAN DO
    WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT
That's my favourite thing about it lol.

Stress Relief is something i'm really bad at. Especially in situations such as being in school, where there's no Minecraft! D:

When it comes to video game solutions for stress relief, I prefer something like GTA IV where I can take it out on random game people by running and gunning them down. Stuff like that. I prefer something violent and aggressive to get the stress out. Non-video game methods usually end up being unhealthy things for me (substances), besides sleeping. Lately I haven't been exactly so stressed to need to let it out, though.

Oh, when I'm stressed, I remember how good my life is, then take a ride on my father's Ferrari while listening to this song with max volume

Painting helps me de-stress. Along with ASMR videos on youtube.

If you don't know what ASMR is, it's basically a variety of different things that trigger certain things in your brain that help you relax. The videos can range from tapping on surfaces/ feeling fabric to doing entire haircut roleplays.

Different people have triggers and some people won't even get the sensation. It's like a tingling. Most people have it when they are younger and they grow out of it. Ever have someone lightly brush your hair and you get tingles down the back of your head and top of your spine? It's like that.

Apparently there isn't a lot of research on such things so it's kind of hard to explain and understand.

When I'm stressed, my mind plays over random scenarios where I'm arguing with whoever it was who made me so irritated (sometimes in a court room). I don't always bring out the best arguments to shut the person down, but one way or another it dissolves into yelling at them. This process may go on for some time, to the point where I start silently yelling the same lines over and over again (alone). Sometimes my face contorts with the rage, and the physical exertion of that, coupled with finding the very source of the problem by devising arguments and silently yelling them, seems to vent out any anger I have. I have dealt with many problems by letting myself do this, and nobody has even known about it.

Sometimes when I get down or pissed, I feel like breaking stuff and I have to hold it in. I've kicked things and stabbed my mattress, punched doors and whatnot...

I find writing, watching a favorite anime/TV show, or reading a favorite book or manga helps when I need to de-stress. Relaxing/upbeat music is a big help too

If I need to play a game, Pokémon, Zelda, or a good long RPG fits the bill
