I know you are all eager to get started but some organization of the teams should come first. Each team is tasked with selecting a team captain and a second to assist them..

How to enter:

Each team must select one head researcher (team captain) and one Research Associate (Second Mate) that will head the activities and organization for the month. Part of the work a Head Researcher will take on is to be available most of the month to help out with organizing their team during events. This can include starting threads, pming members and communicating with mods if things are unclear. The Research Associate will assist the captain with events, answer questions and help out wherever needed.
